Sfinks Polska recorded an increase in gastronomic revenues to PLN 57.03 million in the fourth quarter of 2025, representing a year-on-year rise of more than 8.6%. Cumulatively from the beginning of the year, restaurant sales generated by the gastronomic group—excluding the Piwiarnia chain, which is not covered by reporting—amounted to PLN 216.1 million, up 4.5% compared with the same period of the previous year.
A similar upward trend was visible in the like-for-like (L4L) network of outlets operating at the end of each period. Within this comparable base, gastronomic sales reached PLN 54.66 million in Q4 2025 (an 8% year-on-year increase) and PLN 203.58 million for the full year 2025 (up 3.7%).
“Sales data for the fourth quarter confirm the recovery of our performance after many months of disruption in the network related to the extensive conversion of company-owned restaurants into franchise units, which affected one in four locations within just over a year. The scale of change is such that gastronomic revenues in the fourth quarter exceeded PLN 57 million and, as a result, even surpassed the third quarter, which in our annual seasonal cycle is usually the strongest sales period. Importantly, the achieved growth was driven, among other factors, by a higher average check value in restaurants. This also confirms that the network is being effectively transformed and rebuilt. We expect this positive trend to strengthen further in the coming quarters,” commented Sylwester Cacek, President of the Management Board of Sfinks Polska.
Reported gastronomic sales include net revenues generated by both franchised and company-owned outlets within the Sfinks Polska network. Gastronomic sales do not include revenues from the Piwiarnia chain. At the same time, the company emphasizes that gastronomic sales are not equivalent to the sales revenues recognized by Sfinks Polska itself. The latter consist of gastronomic revenues generated by company-owned restaurants and franchise fees calculated on the basis of gastronomic sales achieved by franchised restaurants. In the latter case, gastronomic sales constitute revenue of the franchisees.
Gastronomic revenues refer to the revenues of all outlets operating under brands belonging to the Sfinks Polska Group, excluding the Piwiarnia chain.
