Savills Poland is strengthening its position in the industrial and logistics real estate sector by expanding its team with three seasoned professionals. Artur Terlecki joins as Associate Director, Magdalena Matusik as Senior Consultant, and Piotr Skuza, already serving as Associate Director and Head of the Gdańsk Office, will now take on added responsibility for logistics and industrial projects in the Tri-City region. The expansion aims to address growing client demands in the fast-evolving logistics and manufacturing sectors.

Artur Terlecki – Associate Director
Artur Terlecki brings 25 years of experience in industrial investment projects worth over €6 billion. At the Polish Investment and Trade Agency, he coordinated major industrial projects — from land acquisition and negotiations with local authorities to post-investment advisory. At Metroplan Polska, he supported foreign investors such as Amazon, BASF, Colgate-Palmolive, MAN, BSH, Whirlpool, and FIAT, across sectors including logistics, e-mobility, renewable energy, automotive, e-commerce, and aerospace.
At Savills, Artur will focus on leasing advisory and asset management services, including client acquisition, relationship development, and the implementation of services tailored to evolving market needs — reinforcing Savills’ role as a leading industrial advisor.
Magdalena Matusik – Senior Consultant
Magdalena Matusik assumes the role of Senior Consultant, responsible for developing leasing services across Poland, with a focus on the Mazowieckie region. Specializing in tenant, owner, and developer advisory, she will manage lease negotiations, deliver customized leasing strategies, and strengthen client relationships. Previously with Maxon, Cresa, and BNM, Magdalena supported clients in the logistics, manufacturing, and leisure sectors, particularly in central and northern Poland.
Her deep market knowledge and relationship-building skills will help localize Savills’ service offerings, providing tailored support based on regional characteristics.
Piotr Skuza – Associate Director, Head of Gdańsk Office
Piotr Skuza, with over 15 years of experience in real estate advisory, extends his scope from office to warehouse real estate. Already heading Savills’ Gdańsk office, he will now lead the development of warehouse leasing services in northern Poland. Piotr has represented both local and international tenants and landlords and previously served as Regional Manager and Associate Director in Poznań, gaining valuable expertise in both office and industrial transactions.
His in-depth local market understanding and client-centric approach will enable Savills to better serve the Tri-City region with solutions tailored to its unique business environment.
