Investment company JRH ASI S.A. has signed a letter of intent with SatRev S.A. regarding the inclusion of the Wrocław-based space technology company in the ORBITEO cluster and holding, developed by JRH. ORBITEO integrates technologies from the space, AI, defence, and deeptech sectors. The cooperation aims to combine the capabilities of both companies and strengthen Poland’s position in the field of modern space and defence technologies.
A strategic step in building the ORBITEO cluster
The signed document paves the way for negotiations on the terms of SatRev’s entry into the ORBITEO structure. Both parties intend to sign a final cooperation agreement by October 27, 2025. The ORBITEO project, led by JRH, seeks to consolidate innovative companies operating in forward-looking sectors such as space technology, artificial intelligence, defence, telecommunications, energy, and deeptech.
“We are pleased with the planned inclusion of SatRev in ORBITEO. I believe that our experience in the space sector perfectly aligns with the cluster’s mission. Together, we will build a strong ecosystem for Poland’s future technologies,” said Dr. Daniel Więzik, CEO of SatRev.
January Ciszewski, President and majority shareholder of JRH ASI, emphasized that cooperation with SatRev represents a key milestone in ORBITEO’s development:
“Work on ORBITEO is progressing rapidly, and this letter marks another, though not final, step. The planned rebranding of SatRev to Sky Vision signals a new beginning for a restructured and strengthened company. It also forms part of preparations for its debut on the NewConnect market, which will be another milestone in its growth. The company may become a central element of the ORBITEO cluster.”
SatRev (soon to be Sky Vision) – Poland’s NewSpace leader
Founded in 2018 in Wrocław, SatRev is one of the most recognized Polish companies in the NewSpace sector. The company specializes in the design, construction, and operation of nanosatellites and in satellite data analysis. It is the only Polish company with its own operational satellite and fully sovereign space capabilities.
SatRev operates a mission control center in Wrocław and collaborates with international partners from South Korea and Oman. The company has carried out over a dozen satellite missions, including the BlueBON project with Korea’s TelePIX, and has launched ground stations in both Oman and Poland. Its technologies are used across agriculture, energy, environmental protection, and defence sectors.
As part of its planned reorganization, the company intends to rebrand as Sky Vision, symbolizing a new stage of development and international expansion.
Preparing for a NewConnect debut
SatRev is currently finalizing preparations for its entry onto the NewConnect market through a reverse takeover of ECL S.A.
“We continue to work toward our listing on NewConnect, and the relevant procedures are in progress. The merger shareholders’ meeting will be convened as soon as legally possible, during which we also plan to formally adopt the new name Sky Vision,” said Dr. Daniel Więzik.
The upcoming stock market debut is expected to strengthen the company’s position on the capital market and provide funding for the continued development of its satellite, data analytics, and defence technologies.
ORBITEO – a cluster for Poland’s future technologies
The ORBITEO initiative, created by JRH ASI, aims to establish a cluster integrating Polish companies from the space, AI, defence, deeptech, telecommunications, and energy sectors. Its goal is to foster synergies between members, support R&D collaboration, promote knowledge exchange, and accelerate international expansion.
SatRev’s inclusion will significantly enhance the cluster’s capabilities in satellite technologies, data processing, and defence applications.
JRH ASI – investing in the industries of the future
JRH ASI S.A., listed on NewConnect since 2012 and on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE) since March 2024, is an investment company focused on high-growth industries:
- AI & Digital Business – artificial intelligence–driven digitalization, robotics, automation, and innovation in education and medicine;
- Energy Transition – renewable energy, energy storage, decarbonization, and climate neutrality;
- Deeptech & Space Industry – R&D technologies and advanced engineering;
- Biotech & Medtech – genetic diagnostics, medical device production, and modification;

- Sustainability & Circular Economy – projects promoting waste reduction and closed-loop resource management.
According to its strategic plan, JRH aims to further diversify its investment portfolio, expand AI and deeptech projects, and support the most promising ventures in the new technology space.
The signing of the letter of intent with SatRev marks another step in realizing this vision — building a Polish ecosystem of future technologies centered around the ORBITEO holding.
