SALESmanago acquires Leadoo, the world’s largest lead conversion platform. The merger takes place as SALESmanago enters a crucial phase of work on Europe’s largest customer engagement management solution for the e-commerce sector. Integrating the company’s technology with Leadoo’s tools is expected to further enrich the comprehensive Customer Engagement platform of SALESmanago, which has been under development for some time.
Leadoo is an extensive, global conversion platform, specializing in identification, activation, and conversion of Internet users into customers. It serves over a thousand customers, making it the largest platform of its kind in the world. On the other hand, technologies offered by SALESmanago allow customers such as Victoria’s Secret, iSpot, Komputronik, or 4F to achieve an average twentyfold return on investment (ROI) and goal achievement within 30 days.
Representatives of both companies assure that the merger will strengthen the loyalty and engagement of customers of both platforms across Europe – SALESmanago, so far present in the markets of Central and Eastern Europe and the South, will expand its operations to the UK, Nordic countries, and Benelux. These are areas where Leadoo boasts a very strong position. From now on, the platforms will jointly strive to achieve the status of a European leader in the MarTech sector.
