COMPANIESRockbridge TFI Invests in DistrictORG Inc., the Company Behind CampusAI and the Vision of a Global Virtual Innovation District

Rockbridge TFI SA has invested in the technology holding DistrictORG Inc., the company behind the digital education platform CampusAI. The founders of the platform are now expanding their ecosystem by developing new modules and building a Virtual Innovation District, which is already attracting 11 European universities and the first global corporate brands.

The Polish company CampusAI PSA, operating within the DistrictORG holding, closed 2025 with strong market traction, reaching $2.34 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), more than 35,000 paying users, and a portfolio of over 80 enterprise clients.

A Technology Holding with Global Ambitions

DistrictORG Inc. is an international technology holding founded by Aureliusz Górski and Maciej Zientara. The company operates in Poland under the CampusAI (campus.ai) brand and was designed from the outset as the starting point for a broader vision: a Virtual Innovation District accessible online through the district.org platform.

A fund managed by Rockbridge TFI, known for investing in companies with strong growth potential and established positions within their niches, has now joined the group of investors. The investment goes beyond financial support. It is also intended to strengthen the company’s expertise in financial markets and international scaling, helping DistrictORG expand globally.

2025: A Year of Strong Market Validation

In 2025, DistrictORG Inc. achieved several key milestones, positioning the company among the most promising startups globally at the Seed stage.

The company completed the MVP phase of a technology that enables human collaboration within AI-agent environments in a single digital space. The solution expands the concept of digital twins, widely known from the real estate sector, to include replication of business processes, opening new possibilities for organizations and large-scale collaboration.

Key achievements include:

Mass adoption:
The platform surpassed 35,000 users, achieving 350% year-over-year growth.

Revenue growth:
CampusAI PSA alone generated $2.34 million ARR in 2025, representing double the revenue compared to the previous year.

Enterprise trust:
More than 80 enterprise clients, including global brands such as Canal+, Lenovo, Novartis, Skanska, and Nationale-Nederlanden, use CampusAI methods to develop AI competencies among their employees.

Global validation:
The company has already licensed its technology to multiple organizations, including 11 European universities, which are building a virtual academic campus. The institutions plan to invest €18 million in the initiative, aiming to create a university of the future. Soon, 120,000 students and more than 100 researchers will be able to collaborate across borders and jointly develop projects addressing the challenges of the modern labor market.

Industry recognition:
In October 2025, the company was selected for the prestigious Top 20 TechCrunch Startup Battlefield. TechCrunch highlighted the platform as a meaningful solution for closing the AI skills gap among non-technical professionals, describing the concept of innovation districts as “Roblox for adults.”

Proven Results in a Competitive Startup Market

According to Maciej Zientara, entrepreneur and the first investor in CampusAI Poland, the company stands out in a crowded startup landscape.

“We see hundreds of startups promising groundbreaking results, but campus.ai delivers what matters most—hard, proven outcomes. Generating nearly $2.5 million in recurring revenue and serving more than 80 corporations is a scale rarely seen at this stage of development. The project is also driven by a strong mission and business maturity, which convinced me to become involved in a role that goes beyond a purely financial investment.”

Zientara joined the DistrictORG holding in 2025 as a co-creator, bringing more than 20 years of experience in managing complex business structures.

The Next Step: Building the Virtual Innovation District

Following the success of CampusAI, the company is expanding the platform with new modules designed to create additional value for existing users and partners.

CampusAI will remain the educational platform, focused on building a global innovation ecosystem within District.org. The ecosystem is designed to provide broad access to:

  • knowledge
  • infrastructure
  • capital
  • professional networks
  • real development opportunities for CampusAI graduates

The platform will also enable organizations to collaborate and build AI-powered digital twins, which can be easily expanded with new functionalities and integrated into corporate business models.

From Innovation Ecosystems to a Global Virtual Platform

Aureliusz Górski, Founder and CEO of DistrictORG Inc., has more than a decade of experience in building innovation ecosystems. In Poland he co-created initiatives such as the AIP Business Link coworking network, CIC Warsaw innovation center, and the Venture Café Foundation. He also worked within the global structures of the Cambridge Innovation Center, an organization that supports innovation ecosystems in major cities worldwide.

After the COVID-19 pandemic, Górski began working on the concept of an ecosystem that would be independent of physical space, leading to the creation of the CampusAI virtual school.

Together with researchers including Professor Aleksandra Przegalińska and Professor Dariusz Jemielniak, the company developed the Human+AI methodology. Through the creation of a virtual world, DistrictORG aims to deliver immersive platforms for organizations and millions of users.

New modules planned for release this year include:

  • Business Hub – a virtual business collaboration center
  • Research Park – a digital scientific research environment
  • Impact Hall – a space for social innovation initiatives
  • Expo Arena – a virtual exhibition and presentation hall

Together, these elements will form the foundation of the Virtual Innovation District, hosted entirely in the cloud.

A Vision of Democratizing Access to Innovation

Starting in 2027, DistrictORG plans to support local innovation ecosystems by helping cities and communities build sovereign digital environments for innovation in collaboration with the platform’s most active users.

According to Górski, artificial intelligence dramatically accelerates the ability to create prototypes, but commercialization still requires strong collaboration networks.

“Today, a single person using AI can build a prototype in a single day. But bringing an idea to market requires collaboration—both locally and globally. Limited access to resources in many cities leads to talent migration and weakens local ecosystems. We need a new generation of environments that allow innovation to be developed, incubated, and responsibly implemented.”

He emphasizes that Campus.ai democratizes AI knowledge, while district.org provides a platform for further development without forcing innovators to relocate.

“With support from local partners creating innovation hubs, it will be possible to access resources comparable to Silicon Valley even in small towns. The next person whose idea could positively change the world may already be living there.”
