Revolut is opening a new office in Warsaw’s Rondo 1 skyscraper in response to the company’s rapid growth in Poland and the needs of employees who prefer working from an office.

Over the next year, the company plans to hire more than 300 people in Poland across services, engineering, data analytics, operations and sales. This will increase Revolut’s total workforce in the country to more than 1,600 employees.

Poland is Revolut’s fourth-largest market worldwide and its largest market in Central and Eastern Europe. More than 5.5 million Polish customers currently use the platform, including over one million who joined during the past year.

Revolut will open its new office in central Warsaw this autumn. Located on the 32nd floor of the landmark Rondo 1 skyscraper, the space will support the company’s continued expansion in Poland and provide a workplace for teams that prefer working from the office.

Revolut maintains its remote-first working model

Although Revolut operates a flexible remote-first model, physical offices continue to play an important role in supporting collaboration, knowledge sharing and organisational culture.

The company’s flexible approach allows employees to choose where they work. They may perform their duties from home, from Revolut’s offices in Warsaw or Kraków, or from abroad through the company’s international mobility programmes.

The new office will occupy more than 900 square metres and provide 60 workstations, as well as areas designed for team meetings and collaborative work.

Rondo 1 was designed by the renowned architectural firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. It was also the first office tower in Warsaw to meet the highest AAA-class standard.

Poland is becoming a key Revolut technology hub

The new location in one of Warsaw’s most prestigious office buildings strengthens Poland’s position as one of Revolut’s key technology centres.

Teams based in Poland develop global solutions in engineering, data analytics and operations.

Revolut currently employs more than 1,300 people in the country and continues to expand its teams in both Warsaw and Kraków. The Kraków office is one of the company’s global hubs.

Over the next year, Revolut plans to create more than 300 new jobs in Poland in engineering, data analytics, operations, sales and services.

Recruitment will cover both office-based positions and roles that can be performed remotely from anywhere in Poland.

“We are consistently strengthening Revolut’s presence in Poland. Although our flexible remote-first model remains one of our most valued benefits, our teams in Warsaw have expressed the need for a shared physical meeting place,” said Kuba Fast, CEO of Revolut Bank UAB.

“We are therefore creating a space that supports collaboration, innovation and the exchange of ideas, while also providing an inspiring office for employees who prefer working on site.”

“We are investing for the long term. Hiring 300 new employees will allow us not only to develop innovation in Poland but also to build a strong base of expertise. This is an important step on our journey towards becoming the bank of first choice for Polish customers.”

More than 5.5 million Revolut customers in Poland

“Poland holds a unique position on Revolut’s global map. It is both one of our fastest-growing markets and one of our most important global talent hubs,” said Wiktor Stopa, Head of Growth at Revolut.

“Our continued investments in Poland are directly driving this growth. By building strong local teams, we are strengthening our relationships with customers and earning their trust, which provides the foundation for our continued development.”

Poland is currently Revolut’s fourth-largest market worldwide and its largest in Central and Eastern Europe.

More than 5.5 million Polish customers now use the platform, while over one million new users have joined during the past year alone.
