x-kom ended 2025 with a significant increase in the scale of its operations and stronger operating results. The company’s revenue rose to PLN 3.77 billion, while net profit reached PLN 68.3 million. The company emphasised that one of the most important outcomes of its strategy was an almost threefold improvement in profit on sales.
According to the published audited financial results, x-kom generated exactly PLN 3.77 billion in revenue in 2025. A year earlier, the company reported PLN 3.26 billion, representing an increase of approximately 15.8% year on year.
The results show that sales growth was accompanied by improved efficiency in the company’s core operations. x-kom said its profit on sales was almost three times higher than in the previous year.
Significant Improvement in Operating Profit
The most visible improvement was recorded at the operating level. EBIT, or earnings before interest and tax, increased from PLN 21.9 million in 2024 to PLN 55.5 million in 2025. This represents an improvement of approximately PLN 33.6 million.
An even stronger increase was recorded in EBITDA, which rose from PLN 37.2 million to PLN 73.5 million, meaning that it almost doubled.
The company’s EBIT margin also improved. It stood at approximately 0.67% in 2024 and increased to around 1.47% in 2025. This means that x-kom not only increased its sales but also generated a higher operating profit from every złoty of revenue.
According to x-kom, the results were driven by the consistent implementation of its growth strategy, a focus on operational efficiency and measures aimed at strengthening competitiveness and the quality of customer service.
Net Profit Increased by 16.5%
x-kom’s net profit for 2025 amounted to PLN 68.3 million, compared with PLN 58.7 million a year earlier. This represents year-on-year growth of 16.5% and an improvement of almost PLN 9.7 million.
Profit before tax reached PLN 72 million, while the reported income tax charge amounted to PLN 3.7 million.
Despite the increase in net profit, the company’s net profit margin remained close to the previous year’s level. It stood at approximately 1.81% in 2025, compared with around 1.80% in 2024.
The increase in net profit was therefore largely connected with the expansion of the company’s operations, while the more substantial improvement in profitability was recorded at the operating level.
Highest Revenue in the Company’s History
The result achieved in 2025 represented the highest annual revenue in x-kom’s history.
The company generated slightly less than PLN 2.95 billion in revenue in 2023, PLN 3.26 billion in 2024 and PLN 3.77 billion in 2025.
Over the course of two years, the scale of its operations therefore increased by more than PLN 820 million.
At the same time, net profit remained at a high level. It amounted to PLN 59.5 million in 2023, PLN 58.7 million in 2024 and PLN 68.3 million in 2025.
x-kom Focuses on Building Long-Term Business Value
x-kom representatives described the past year as a period of further strengthening the company’s business foundations. The company focused not only on increasing sales but also on improving the quality and efficiency of its operations.
x-kom emphasised that in 2025 it continued to expand its business while simultaneously building its long-term value.
The improvement in profit on sales and operating results is intended to demonstrate that investments in efficiency, competitiveness and customer experience are beginning to produce the expected results.
In the coming years, an important challenge will be to maintain the improvement in profitability while continuing to increase revenue.
The 2025 results nevertheless show that x-kom ended the reporting period with both a larger scale of operations and a significantly stronger operating performance.
