COMPANIESPTWP Group Reports Record Results After Three Quarters of 2025: Revenue Up 24%, EBITDA Up 140%, Net Profit Up 354%

PTWP Group reported nearly 24% year-on-year growth in revenue for the first three quarters of 2025, reaching PLN 90.1 million. During the period, the Group generated EBITDA of PLN 17.5 million, marking an increase of 139.6%. Consolidated net profit showed even stronger momentum, exceeding PLN 13.1 million — a jump of 353.9% year-on-year. The record-breaking results were driven by growth across all key business segments — particularly the digital segment (+37%) and the events segment (+30%), while maintaining strong performance in venue management (Spodek Arena and the International Congress Center in Katowice). In the third quarter, PTWP focused on scaling operations and strengthening its business lines through organic development and acquisition opportunities. These activities resulted in the acquisition of the Cybersec Expo & Forum event and the initiation of the process to acquire a majority stake in Gremi Media (publisher of Rzeczpospolita and Parkiet).

“This year is shaping up to be the best in our history, both financially and operationally. We will exceed our revenue targets in all three business areas while building a strong foundation for further Group development. The dynamic expansion of the digital segment, growing attendance at our events and effective venue management form the basis of these results. It is clear proof that we are successfully executing our goals and expanding our scale,” said Wojciech Kuśpik, CEO of PTWP Group. “The third quarter (mainly July and August) traditionally brings slightly lower activity due to seasonality, but this time is crucial for preparing the busy autumn–winter season filled with high-margin events,” he added.

In the third quarter alone, the Group generated PLN 18.2 million in revenue — an 18.2% increase compared with the same period last year. The Group reported a quarterly loss of PLN 3 million, similar to the result recorded in Q3 2024. The result reflects seasonal patterns, as July and August are months focused on planning and preparation for the year-end event peak. At the end of Q3 2025, PTWP Group’s cash balance stood at nearly PLN 29 million, up more than 20% year-on-year.

Since the beginning of the year, the digital segment has maintained high profitability and delivered 37% year-on-year revenue growth. PTWP’s online portals attract an average of 30 million unique users per month, while the Group’s subscriber bases have surpassed 300,000 — positioning PTWP among the leading business media publishers in Poland. Each portal is already a leader or is striving to become one within its respective specialization, consistently maintaining a strong market position.

The third quarter was also a period of intensive activity in PTWP’s events division, both in delivering key events and preparing those scheduled for the fourth quarter. After three quarters, the event and conference division grew 30% year-on-year. The Property Forum conference held in Warsaw — one of Poland’s largest events for the real estate market — opened the autumn series of industry events organized by PTWP.

PTWP Group continues to expand its portfolio of specialist events, searching for high-potential formats capable of dynamic growth. In October 2025, the Group acquired rights to Cybersec Expo & Forum — the largest cybersecurity forum in Central and Eastern Europe — strengthening its own strategic event portfolio. The next edition will take place on 17–18 June 2026 at the International Congress Center in Katowice.

PTWP Group manages Katowice’s flagship venues: Spodek Arena and the International Congress Center. In the third quarter of 2025, they hosted major events including: FIBA EuroBasket 2025, the 6th New Mobility Congress, the 47th Congress of the Polish Society of Neurosurgeons, Pancernik Security Show 2025, the 17th Congress of Women, the 15th Bachaturo International Dance Festival, the 8th Board Games Festival, GYC Europe Congress 2025, RAM KATHA – KATOWICE, and concerts by Mastodon and Machine Head. Both venues have strong booking levels through the end of 2025.

Q3 2025 was also marked by strategic decisions shaping the Group’s long-term development. Alongside the acquisition of Cybersec Expo & Forum, PTWP Group announced the signing of an investment agreement under which, on 18 December, it will take a majority stake in Gremi Media — publisher of the prestigious dailies Rzeczpospolita and Parkiet.
