COMPANIESPTWP Group Delivers Record 2025 Results as Acquisitions and Synergies Drive Nearly 600% Net Profit Growth

PTWP Group is set to close 2025 with outstanding financial performance, according to preliminary estimates, highlighting a year of rapid expansion, successful acquisitions, and strong operational execution.

Estimated consolidated revenue reached PLN 132.5 million, marking an increase of nearly 29% year-on-year. Even more dynamic growth is expected at the profitability level. EBITDA is projected to rise to PLN 25.7 million, compared to PLN 9 million a year earlier, representing an increase of 186%. Net profit is expected to reach PLN 19.3 million, reflecting an impressive 589% year-on-year surge.

The group anticipates continued strong growth in 2026, supported by record performance across its online platforms and increasing attendance at proprietary events, as well as those hosted in its managed venues. Additional momentum is expected from ongoing integration and synergy effects following recent acquisitions, including Gremi Media.

“We closed the past year with nearly 30% revenue growth, which, combined with disciplined cost management, significantly strengthens our financial results and confirms the effectiveness of our strategy,” said Wojciech Kuśpik, CEO of PTWP Group. “We consistently achieve or exceed our business targets, demonstrating the strength of our operating model. We have a clear direction for further organic growth, particularly in digital activities and proprietary events. At the same time, acquisitions such as Elamed Media Group and a majority stake in Gremi Media open new opportunities for scaling our business, expanding our portfolio, and strengthening PTWP’s position as an integrated media and event platform.”

According to preliminary 2025 data, PTWP Group generated net revenue of PLN 132.5 million, compared to PLN 103.3 million in 2024 (+29% YoY). Consolidated EBITDA is expected to reach PLN 25.7 million versus PLN 9 million a year earlier (+186% YoY). Gross profit is projected to increase from PLN 7.7 million to PLN 23.8 million (+209% YoY), while net profit is expected to rise from PLN 2.8 million to PLN 19.3 million (+589% YoY). Net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company is estimated at PLN 18.4 million, compared to PLN 3.3 million in 2024 (+458% YoY).

A key milestone in 2025 was the acquisition of a 56.82% stake in Gremi Media, the publisher of leading Polish titles such as Rzeczpospolita and Parkiet. This transaction significantly expanded PTWP’s reach and capabilities in the national news and business media segment, enabling deeper integration of content, formats, and business models. At the beginning of 2026, the group further strengthened its portfolio by acquiring 100% of shares in Elamed Media Group, adding specialized publications, industry-focused portals, and a range of thematic conferences and events.

PTWP’s online platforms attract more than 30 million unique users monthly, while its newsletter subscriber base exceeded 300,000 last year. This positions the group among the leading business media players in Poland. Each platform either holds or is steadily approaching a leading position in its respective sector, supported by a strategy focused on content development, technological innovation, and tailoring information offerings to professional audiences.

A significant pillar of the group’s operations remains the management of Spodek and the International Congress Centre. In 2025, these venues hosted over one million visitors across 826 events, including congresses, conferences, and cultural and sports events. The momentum continues into 2026, a year marking the 55th anniversary of Spodek, with an event calendar featuring both established formats and new initiatives aimed at reinforcing the venues’ position on Poland’s event map.

Preparations are currently underway for the European Economic Congress, scheduled to take place from April 22 to 24, 2026, at the International Congress Centre and Spodek. This year’s edition will feature 220 sessions across 19 thematic tracks, covering topics such as energy transition, economic competitiveness, digitalization, technology, geopolitics, and quality of life.

The presented financial results are preliminary and subject to final confirmation in the consolidated annual report for 2025, which PTWP plans to publish on April 30, 2026.
