PTWP Group has acquired the rights to CYBERSEC EXPO & FORUM – the largest cybersecurity forum in Central and Eastern Europe – strengthening its strategic portfolio of proprietary events. The next edition will take place on 17–18 June 2026 at the International Congress Center in Katowice. The transaction is part of PTWP’s long-term growth strategy, focused on scaling operations through the acquisition of high-potential formats aligned with one of the group’s three core business areas.
CYBERSEC EXPO & FORUM, previously organized by the Kosciuszko Institute, is the most important cybersecurity forum in the CEE region, combining strategic debate with an EXPO trade fair. The most recent edition gathered over 1,500 experts, decision-makers and industry leaders from around the world, while more than 100 exhibitors showcased their solutions. CYBERSEC EXPO & FORUM collaborates with key institutions such as ENISA, ECSO, the European Commission, NATO and public administration, covering topics including AI, cyberwarfare, NIS2 and DORA regulations, critical infrastructure security, and the resilience of states and businesses.
“Cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and digital sovereignty have long been present in the debates of the European Economic Congress and are extensively covered across our industry portals. CYBERSEC EXPO & FORUM fits perfectly into our DNA and naturally complements our event portfolio. For years we have proven our ability to build and scale original events of national and European significance. We have a clear development plan for the acquired event and are confident that, thanks to our scale, organizational backing and business-institutional relations, it will reach a new level of quality, reach and impact,” says Wojciech Kuśpik, CEO of PTWP Group.
The first edition of CYBERSEC EXPO & FORUM organized by PTWP will take place on 17–18 June 2026 at the International Congress Center in Katowice. The new organizer plans to leverage the event’s potential to deepen cooperation with European institutions and develop a new business platform for the cybertech sector.
In line with previous announcements, PTWP Group continues to expand its proprietary events segment, which is one of the company’s three key business pillars. PTWP’s original projects – such as the European Economic Congress, Food Market & Trade Forum, Energy Days, Property Forum and Health Market Forum – have become the leading economic dialogue platforms in Poland and the wider region. In 2025 alone, PTWP launched three new event concepts: the Women’s Health Forum (9–10 June), Industry for Defense (15 October) and the Children’s Health Forum (10 December). Altogether, PTWP organizes more than 20 major proprietary events annually, attracting approximately 80,000 participants.
