Honeywell (NASDAQ: HON) has appointed Przemek Szuder as President for Europe, a new role that highlights the strategic importance of the region for the company—especially as European industries accelerate their digital transformation and push for autonomy.

Honeywell is a global technology company offering a comprehensive portfolio of solutions aligned with three major megatrends: automation, the future of aviation, and the energy transition.

In his expanded role, Przemek now leads nearly 22,000 Honeywell employees across Europe and the TICA region (Turkey, Israel, and Central Asia)—including almost 900 based in Poland—who support customers daily by deploying automation and control technologies to drive growth and meet strategic objectives across the three key megatrends.

This new position grants Przemek full responsibility for Honeywell’s operations across Europe and the TICA region, building on his previous role as President for Central and Eastern Europe. He continues to be based in Warsaw and reports directly to Anant Maheshwari, President and CEO of Global Regions at Honeywell.

Przemek is responsible for the company’s regional strategy, working closely with key customers and industry partners, while launching new market initiatives with an expanded leadership team in Poland, the UK, Germany, Romania, and Turkey. He joined Honeywell in January 2024 as President for Central and Eastern Europe. His promotion reflects the successful execution of the company’s growth strategy, focused on unlocking regional potential and fostering synergies across emerging markets.

Previously, he led the Central and Eastern Europe region at Amazon Web Services, overseeing operations in 17 countries. He also held senior leadership roles at Microsoft, Dell, and Procter & Gamble.

Przemek holds an MBA from the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Switzerland and a master’s degree in business management from the Poznań University of Economics.
