SpiceSolutions, a Polish technology company that digitizes accounting processes and automates corporate workflows, has secured another contract. The company will implement its solutions in two entities in Italy: H7 Hospital Seven and the Centre for Medicine and Surgery in Catania. These are the company’s latest global implementations. To date, SpiceSolutions’ solutions have reached France, Spain, the Dominican Republic, and even Singapore. The company aims to become a leader in the digitization of services in accounting firms, with over 200 clients already using its solutions.

“This is our next step abroad. There is great potential for implementing Spice Solutions as accounting processes and business management look similar in most countries. This is an opportunity for us and a good opportunity for partners and companies abroad to optimize their business. The contract with Italian medical facilities also allows us to pave new paths in the health care industry. Contrary to appearances, this market is open to innovation,” says Arkadiusz Szwak, CEO and owner of SpiceSolutions. “In the facilities in Catania, we will implement the digitalization of business intelligence reporting, our product eSaffron based on MS PowerBI, staff management – eGinger and workflow, and warehouse status reporting in eCurcuma. We’ve built a full ecosystem of services that allows us to support the 360-degree operation of the company at virtually every stage of development,” adds Arkadiusz Szwak.

More than 200 companies in Poland use SpiceSolutions software, processing over 100,000 documents a month. The company’s expansion abroad is aided by membership in PrimeGlobal – an international association of accounting and consulting firms. The company’s products are already used in Italy, France, Spain, Singapore, and the Dominican Republic. SpiceSolutions plans further development of foreign operations.

“The key element of our business is the growing demand for digitization. Accounting services are often segments that are only just undergoing a key stage of digitization. We also see demand for our solutions in the Asian market. Hong Kong, Far Eastern countries, and Southeast Asia are directions we are investigating. Interestingly, our system is characterized by the use of models known from gamification, which reduces dissonance and difficulties in using our system,” adds Arkadiusz Szwak.

Thanks to its dynamic development and success in international markets, SpiceSolutions is considering raising additional capital through a debut on the NewConnect market. The company also does not rule out attracting private investors.

In 2023, SpiceSolutions achieved sales of over PLN 2 million, and forecasts a 50% increase for 2024, with projected revenues of over PLN 3 million. The company is highly profitable. Last year, it had a net profit of almost PLN 0.6 million.
