Liftero, a Polish manufacturer of propulsion technologies for space missions, has successfully completed a public offering, raising PLN 17.5 million gross. The company will use the proceeds, among other purposes, to scale its production capacity and strengthen sales and marketing activities as it begins the broad commercialization of its proprietary BOOSTER propulsion system. The offering attracted very strong investor interest, with demand many times exceeding the number of shares offered and the reduction rate in the Open Tranche reaching 95%. In the near future, Liftero plans to apply for the admission of its shares to trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in connection with its planned debut on the NewConnect market. The company hopes to list at the turn of the second and third quarters of 2026.

As part of the public offering, the company issued 500,000 new series C ordinary bearer shares at an issue price of PLN 35.00 per share. The funds raised will enable Liftero to further develop and commercialize its proprietary BOOSTER propulsion system, which uses non-toxic propellants, has been verified in space and holds flight heritage, a key credential in the industry.

The process was supported by cc group as Financial Advisor and NewConnect Authorized Adviser, CK Legal as Legal Advisor, and Trigon Dom Maklerski S.A. as Global Coordinator and Bookrunner.

“I would like to thank all investors who took the time to learn about Liftero’s business and decided to participate in our public offering in such large numbers. We are very pleased with the course of the offering and the level of interest it generated among both retail and institutional investors. Demand for Liftero shares significantly exceeded the size of the offering in both tranches, while the reduction rate in the Open Tranche reached as much as 95%, meaning that demand in this tranche was approximately 20 times higher than the number of shares offered. As a result, we strengthened our shareholder base with long-term funds and many retail investors, who are gaining exposure to what will soon be the only space-sector company listed on NewConnect, as well as the first pure-play space propulsion company listed in Europe whose core business is satellite propulsion systems,” said Tomasz Palacz, CEO of Liftero.

“Thanks to the offering, we raised PLN 17.5 million gross, more than we had originally assumed. This will allow us to significantly accelerate the commercialization of our technology, increase production capacity and enter the next stage of business development. We are pleased that investors recognize the potential of the BOOSTER system we are developing and the growth prospects of the space propulsion market. I believe that further technological development and the effective scaling of our operations will allow us to systematically build the company’s value and reward investors for their trust,” Palacz added.

From technology development to broad commercialization

Liftero is currently moving from technology development to broad commercialization. Its proprietary BOOSTER system has already been verified in space conditions, while the company is steadily increasing the scale of its operations and building a customer portfolio on the international market.

In the first quarter of 2026, Liftero signed the largest contract in its history: an agreement with Indian company OrbitAID to deliver two BOOSTER propulsion systems for use in the in-orbit servicing segment. At the same time, the company is conducting sales activities in European, American and Asian markets. Liftero’s offer pipeline is worth approximately EUR 115 million, and one of the company’s key objectives remains the continued expansion of production capacity in response to growing global demand for satellite propulsion systems.

“We see very strong interest in the propulsion systems developed by Liftero, as confirmed both by our ongoing dialogue with potential customers and by the growing value of our offer pipeline. The space market is currently in a phase of rapid growth, and an increasing number of projects require efficient and flexible propulsion systems that can be quickly deployed and scaled in production. That is why we are simultaneously developing further variants of the BOOSTER system and investing in expanding our production and testing facilities, preparing the organization to handle a larger number of contracts in the coming years,” said Przemysław Drożdż, COO of Liftero.

Production capacity to increase by 2027

By the end of 2027, the company plans to increase production capacity to around 30 BOOSTER systems per year, corresponding to approximately 80 engines. Liftero is observing growing interest in its product from potential customers and therefore intends to improve its quotation process in the coming months, including by strengthening its team and hiring additional specialists.

The company’s plan assumes an increase in headcount from around 20 to around 40 employees by the end of 2026, primarily in areas related to production scaling, technology development and customer service.

“2026 will be a period of very intensive development for Liftero and the implementation of further important stages in building the company’s position on the global space market. Ahead of us are both further scaling of operating and production activities and the planned stock market debut on NewConnect. We want to use the coming quarters to further strengthen Liftero’s position as one of the leaders of the European space-tech sector in the area of space propulsion and to consistently deliver on our business and technology objectives,” Drożdż concluded.

Planned NewConnect debut

Liftero plans to soon submit an application for the admission of its shares to trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and begin preparations for its NewConnect debut. The company will be the only representative of the space sector listed on the small-cap market and the third space-tech company present on the Polish capital market, alongside Creotech Instruments and Scanway, both listed on the WSE’s regulated market.

Liftero’s management emphasizes that NewConnect is intended to serve as a transitional stage supporting the further scaling of the company’s operations and organization, while the ultimate objective is to transfer the listing to the Main Market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

After its debut, Liftero will also become the only publicly listed pure-play space propulsion company in Europe whose core business is satellite propulsion systems, making it a unique player in the global space sector.
