Employers in Poland’s construction and real-estate sector report the strongest hiring plans among the 11 industries surveyed for the period from October through December 2026, according to the latest ManpowerGroup Employment Outlook Survey.
More than half of companies in the sector — 51% — expect to keep staffing unchanged, while about one in ten anticipates reductions. The balance of responses nevertheless gives construction and real estate the strongest employment outlook among the surveyed industries.
The hiring plans come as companies prepare for major infrastructure, energy and development projects, increasing demand for qualified specialists and putting additional pressure on an already tight supply of experienced workers.
