Piotr Ruszowski, who is currently the General Manager of Mondial Assistance, will be appointed to the boards of TUiR Allianz Polska S.A. and TU Allianz Życie Polska S.A., where he will be responsible for sales through external distribution channels.
Since the beginning of 2025, Allianz Polska has introduced a new sales management model, separating own and external channels. Monika Kulińska is responsible for managing own channels (exclusive agents and direct), while sales through external channels are currently managed by Marcin Kulawik. As of April, this role will be taken over by Piotr Ruszowski. His responsibilities will cover dealers, multi-agencies, financial intermediaries, strategic and banking partners (excluding Santander Allianz), and life brokers.
Piotr Ruszowski has been associated with Mondial Assistance (a brand of Allianz Partners) since 2011, initially as the head of marketing and communications, then as the Director of Sales and Marketing, and since 2022 as the General Manager in Poland. During his career at Mondial Assistance, he also served as the Sales and Marketing Director for the Central and Eastern Europe region, and was responsible for cooperating with key partners on selected European markets. Before this, he worked with PwC and Nationale-Nederlanden, among others. Ruszowski, who is a native of Gdansk, is a graduate of the University of Gdansk, The Chartered Institute of Marketing and the London School of Public Relations.
After the completion of the suitability assessment (fit & proper), plans are underway to appoint Piotr Ruszowski as a member of the boards of TUiR Allianz Polska S.A. and TU Allianz Życie Polska S.A. by the Supervisory Boards of both companies.
