Medinice SA, a MedTech company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, has welcomed a new member to its Supervisory Board. Paweł Sobkiewicz, an experienced expert with over 20 years of experience in the capital market, has joined the Board by co-option. He specializes in the issuance of securities, their introduction to the Warsaw Stock Exchange, and merger and acquisition transactions.
– Paweł Sobkiewicz will serve as an independent member of the Supervisory Board of Medinice SA.
– The new Supervisory Board member has extensive experience in the capital market, mainly in the area of securities issuance and their introduction to the markets of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Paweł Sobkiewicz holds a degree in economics and is a graduate of the School of Insurance and Banking in Warsaw. He also studied at the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of Warsaw, completed EMBA studies and a course for investment advisors. He has over 20 years of experience in the capital market, specializing in securities issuance, their introduction to the Warsaw Stock Exchange, and in merger and acquisition transactions.
Sobkiewicz’s professional career has mainly been linked with brokerage houses and offices. He started his career in the Capital Operations Center of Bank Handlowy in Warsaw S.A. He has also been associated with Brokerage House BGK S.A., where he handled company privatization processes, among other tasks. From 2005 to 2016, he was the Investment Director at the listed company Capital Partners S.A. Since 2007, he was serving as Vice President of the Board of Capital Partners S.A., where he managed strategic projects related to the capital market. He was also a Managing Partner at HBI Ventures fund and Senior Manager at PKF Consult. He is currently running advisory services, implementing numerous investment projects and transactions in the capital market.
Paweł Sobkiewicz also has vast experience working on numerous supervisory boards of capital companies, including those listed on the markets managed and organized by the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
