The Supervisory Board of Mostostal S.A. has appointed Paulina Chmielewska to the company’s Management Board and entrusted her with the role of President of the Management Board. She is an experienced manager with more than 20 years in the real estate industry, having worked with some of the largest development companies in Poland.
“The appointment of Paulina Chmielewska as President of the Management Board of Mostostal S.A. is a step toward further strengthening the company’s market position. Her extensive operational and strategic experience in the real estate sector, along with her strong leadership skills, are a guarantee of Mostostal’s dynamic growth in the coming years,” said Robert Pydzik, Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Mostostal S.A.
Paulina Chmielewska has over two decades of experience in the real estate sector. She has built her professional career in companies such as Dom Development, Panattoni, Nexity Polska, and Develia.
In recent years, she has focused on the development of large-scale real estate projects. For six years, she successfully managed the growth of Nexity Polska (part of the international Nexity S.A. group), serving as, among others, Chief Operating Officer. In 2023, she oversaw the company’s sale process, which concluded with a transaction valued at €100 million, carried out as part of the strategic decisions of the owner. Following the acquisition by Develia S.A., she became Director of Expansion, Managing Director, and Management Board Member at Develia Land Development. A year later, she joined the development company Ekopark, where she assumed the role of Vice-President of the Management Board.
The new President of Mostostal S.A. holds a degree in civil engineering from the Cracow University of Technology, a degree in business management from Helena Chodakowska Higher School of Law, as well as postgraduate studies in project management and an MBA program focused on leadership and coaching.
She values teamwork, open communication, and commitment. Chmielewska is also a mentor in several development programs, supporting young talents and actively contributing to education, including her role as Vice-President of a community primary school. She has participated in initiatives such as the Business Leaders Foundation, Wise & Young, and Queen Hedvig Academy.
Privately, she is passionate about traveling, a lover of mountains, Italy, and literature. In her free time, she also explores her interest in the art market.
