On March 27, 2025, due to the expiration of the current term, the Ordinary General Meeting of Bank Millennium appointed a new twelve-member Supervisory Board for a joint three-year term.

Olga Grygier-Siddons was appointed Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board.

The newly appointed Supervisory Board members are:

  • Miguel de Campos Pereira de Bragança
  • José Miguel Bensliman Schorcht da Silva Pessanha

  • Agnieszka Kłos-Siddiqui
  • Anna Mankiewicz-Rębkowska
  • Alojzy Nowak
  • Izabela Olszewska
  • Katarzyna Sułkowska – Secretary

said Olga Grygier-Siddons, Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of Bank Millennium.


About Olga Grygier-Siddons

Olga Grygier-Siddons is a graduate of the University of Manchester, with a degree in Computer Science and Accounting. She is also a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) at the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

After completing her studies in the UK, she built her professional career in the advisory sector. In 1991, she joined PwC in the Corporate Finance division. In 1998, she was promoted to Partner, leading a variety of projects across both the public and private sectors worldwide. In 2004, she moved to Poland, and in 2014 she became Managing Partner for Central and Eastern Europe at PwC. For 15 years, she was responsible for business development and project oversight in 29 countries, overseeing 12,000 employees.

She was the first woman invited to join the PwC Strategy Council, comprising the top 20 leaders at PwC globally.

Since leaving PwC in 2019, she has worked as a strategic advisor and mentor. She is also a Supervisory Board Member at Żabka Group, and founder and CEO of the Experiential Learning Hub – Villa Poranek.

Since March 24, 2021, she has served as a Supervisory Board Member at Bank Millennium S.A.
