OKAM Capital has completed a PLN 100 million bond issue. The issue, with a maturity of 3.5 years, attracted very strong investor interest. Subscriptions exceeded PLN 140 million, prompting the company to increase the value of the issue from the originally planned PLN 50 million to PLN 100 million.
The main purpose of the issue was to refinance bonds worth PLN 50 million maturing in September 2026. This objective was achieved while at the same time lowering the financing margin and extending the debt maturity to 3.5 years.
The bond issue was carried out during a challenging period for the real estate market. It was prepared on the basis of raising PLN 50 million as the base amount, with the option to increase the value to PLN 100 million if market demand proved sufficient.
Despite the difficult market environment, OKAM Capital not only successfully refinanced its maturing liabilities on more favourable terms, but also decided to use the option to raise a larger amount of capital than initially planned, thanks to strong investor demand.
“The enormous interest in our bond issue, where demand significantly exceeded the offer, is direct proof of investors’ steadily growing confidence in the strategy we are pursuing. This success was reinforced by the excellent financial results we have been consistently achieving for another year in a row. In addition, the market appreciated a key milestone in our largest historical project, F.S.O Park — obtaining the ULIM decision officially brings us closer to the implementation phase,” comments Joanna Szafranek, CFO and Vice-President of the Management Board of OKAM Capital.
The consolidated revenue of the OKAM Group in 2025 amounted to PLN 492 million, while gross margin on sales reached PLN 158 million. For institutional investors, the presence of OKAM Capital bonds on the Catalyst market is also important, as it is associated with high standards of transparency and regular reporting on the company’s financial situation.
The issue was carried out in cooperation with the brokerage house Michael/Ström.
“We are very pleased with the success of another joint issue carried out by OKAM Capital. The company has been consistently delivering on the goals it presented to investors already at the time of its first issue, which translates into investor confidence. Strong demand from a broad group of investors, mainly institutional investors, made it possible to increase the value of the issue to PLN 100 million and improve the financing terms,” adds Piotr Jankowski, Vice-President of the Management Board and Partner at Michael/Ström Brokerage House.
The funds raised will be allocated to refinancing maturing bonds, expanding the land bank and financing working capital. Funds raised above the value of the refinanced debt will be used to develop the land bank and finance working capital, supporting the implementation of further development projects.
