Nowy Styl has announced changes to its management board. Effective 20 March 2026, Adam Krzanowski stepped down as President of the Management Board, and Ketil Årdal has taken over the role. At the same time, Radosław Jankielewicz joined the company’s management board, while continuing to serve as Chief Financial Officer.
The changes were announced by the company’s majority shareholders and Supervisory Board. In their statement, they emphasized Adam Krzanowski’s long-standing contribution to the development of the company, which he co-created over more than three decades together with his late brother Jerzy Krzanowski. Today, Nowy Styl is one of Europe’s key suppliers of office furniture and solutions for public spaces.

KETIL ÅRDAL BRINGS EXTENSIVE INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IN THE FURNITURE INDUSTRY AS WELL AS A PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF BUILDING EFFECTIVE ORGANIZATIONS, DELIVERING SUSTAINABLE AND PROFITABLE GROWTH, AND STRENGTHENING STRONG BRANDS. The new CEO is expected to bring broad international experience and strong expertise in managing organizations focused on growth, operational efficiency, and brand development. As the Supervisory Board emphasized, his mandate includes both the company’s strategic development and the further strengthening of innovation, customer focus, and sustainability efforts.

Ketil Årdal himself stressed that he is taking over leadership of a company built on strong foundations, with a talented team and clearly defined strengths in design, quality, and a sustainable approach to development. He announced close cooperation with both the team and the Supervisory Board, aimed at further strengthening the company’s position and building long-term value for all stakeholders.

The statement also noted that the change in the CEO position marks the beginning of the company’s next stage of development, one that is to be based on accountability and profitability.

In addition to the change at the top, the company also announced the appointment of Radosław Jankielewicz to the management board. Since 20 March, he has served as a Member of the Management Board, while simultaneously retaining the position of Chief Financial Officer.
