COMPANIESNicolas Krantz Appointed CEO of Wyborowa Pernod Ricard and Pernod Ricard Central & Eastern Europe

As of January 1, 2026, Nicolas Krantz—currently CEO of Corby Spirit & Wine Limited—will assume the role of CEO of Wyborowa Pernod Ricard and Pernod Ricard Central & Eastern Europe. He will be responsible for managing the Central and Eastern European region and continuing the Group’s strategy to strengthen Pernod Ricard’s position in this key market. Krantz will succeed Fabrice Audan, who will retire after a 40-year professional career, including 35 years with the Pernod Ricard Group and more than seven years in Poland.

Fabrice Audan will step down from his role as CEO of Wyborowa Pernod Ricard and Pernod Ricard Central & Eastern Europe at the end of 2025, concluding more than 35 years with the Pernod Ricard Group. Over the course of his career, Audan held numerous strategic leadership and finance positions within the Group’s global, regional, and local structures in France, Australia, Japan, Sweden, and Poland. As a leader, he shaped the vision and strategy for Central and Eastern Europe, driving growth, accelerating the development of the Group’s strategic brands, strengthening market positions, and building solid foundations for further expansion across the region.

Nicolas Krantz brings more than 25 years of experience within the Pernod Ricard Group. Throughout his career, he has held a number of strategic roles across Europe, Australia, and Canada. From 2020 to 2025, he served as CEO of Corby Spirit & Wine Limited, Pernod Ricard’s Canadian affiliate. During his five-year tenure, he successfully guided the company through the challenges of the pandemic, strengthened its portfolio strategy, and accelerated growth in the rapidly expanding ready-to-drink (RTD) category through targeted acquisitions. Under his leadership, Corby expanded its brand portfolio, increased market share, and fostered a more agile, collaborative, and consumer-centric organizational culture.

“Central and Eastern Europe, as a key part of the Pernod Ricard Group, offers enormous potential for further growth,” said Nicolas Krantz. “I would like to thank Fabrice for the strong foundations he has built and for setting a clear direction for the region. I look forward to working with our teams to continue on this path, strengthen our brands, and jointly shape the next phase of growth.”

Earlier in his career, Krantz also served as CEO of Pernod Ricard Winemakers Spain and as CFO of Pernod Ricard EMEA & LATAM.

The appointment of Nicolas Krantz as CEO of Wyborowa Pernod Ricard and Pernod Ricard Central & Eastern Europe reflects the Group’s ongoing strategy to reinforce its presence in the CEE region—one of Pernod Ricard’s key growth areas.
