On March 27, 2025, due to the conclusion of the current term, the Supervisory Board of Bank Millennium appointed a new Management Board for a three-year term. In recognition of his achievements to date, the position of CEO was once again entrusted to Joao Bras Jorge.

Halina, currently the Director of the Electronic Banking Department at Bank Millennium, is one of the most talented professionals in the Polish banking sector. Her role will be to elevate retail banking to the next level by better synchronizing our three customer service channels – digital, branch network, and call center – to build strong customer relationships and significantly grow our business volumes.
Magdalena joins the bank with a wealth of experience and achievements. As a Management Board Member for Corporate Banking, she will focus on doubling our presence in this sector by acquiring new clients and significantly increasing loan volumes,”

Out of the seven-person Management Board, five members are continuing in their roles, while Halina Karpińska and Magdalena Zmitrowicz have been appointed for their first term.
Halina Karpińska has been with Bank Millennium since 2002 and has served as Director of the Electronic Banking Department since 2018. She was also a member of the Supervisory Board of Polski Standard Płatności Sp. z o.o. (Blik) from 2018 to 2024.
Magdalena Zmitrowicz brings 25 years of banking experience, gained at Bank Handlowy S.A. and Bank Pekao S.A. Between 2018 and 2024, she served as Vice President of the Management Board of Bank Pekao S.A., overseeing the Corporate Banking Division. She is the 2024 SME Banker of the Year award winner from the organization Qorus. She holds degrees from the University of Gdańsk, an Executive MBA from the University of Warsaw, and completed the Global CEO Program at the Wharton School of Business.
