In 2025, the Murapol Group sold a total of more than 3.1 thousand residential units to retail customers (+2% year-on-year). At the end of the year, the Group maintained a competitive, market-tailored offer of nearly 4.2 thousand units.

Sales
Total retail sales in 2025, including paid reservation agreements and net of cancellations, amounted to 3,140 units. This figure includes 2,856 developer and preliminary agreements signed with retail customers, as well as 284 paid reservation agreements after eliminating cancellations (as of 31 December 2025). In the fourth quarter of 2025 alone, 767 developer and preliminary agreements were signed.
Handover of Units
In 2025, 2,649 units were handed over to retail customers. In the fourth quarter alone, 1,286 units were delivered. Additionally, 249 units were handed over in the PRS (Private Rented Sector) segment.
New Units Introduced to the Offer
In 2025, the Murapol Group introduced 2,405 units to its offer across 11 developments in 8 cities, including Warsaw, Kraków, Katowice, Łódź, and Lublin. The new offer included units designed both as part of new development projects and in subsequent stages of ongoing investments.
As of 31 December 2025, the Murapol Group’s offer comprised 4,174 units in 16 cities.
Units Under Construction
As of 31 December 2025, the Murapol Group’s construction pipeline included 6,524 units in 87 buildings across 22 projects. This included 5,132 units in the retail segment and 1,392 units in the PRS segment.
Land Bank
The Murapol Group systematically renews and expands its active land bank. At the end of 2025, the Group held an active land bank sufficient for the construction of nearly 19.6 thousand units, with a total net usable floor area exceeding 832 thousand square meters, across 17 cities.
Management Commentary
“For the Murapol Group, 2025 was a year of stabilization and consistent execution of our strategy. We maintained a strong position in the popular housing segment, expanded our offer in the largest metropolitan areas, and strengthened our land bank. As the only major developer, we continued to apply standard payment schedules, refraining from ‘buy now, pay later’ systems that increase financial risk and reduce liquidity. Importantly, despite this conservative approach, our sales were strong enough to place us among the market leaders, confirming the competitiveness and market fit of our offer.
