An experienced corporate finance executive, Müldner brings nearly 20 years of expertise from his tenure at Skanska Group in Central Europe, where he contributed significantly to the company’s success. His pan-European financial management experience will support MLP Group’s continued dynamic growth and expansion strategy.

Maciej Müldner – A Seasoned Financial Executive
Maciej Müldner has extensive experience in financial management within multinational corporations. In recent years, he has held key financial roles at Dentsu Group in Poland and the Central and Eastern European (CEE) region. Prior to that, he spent nearly two decades at Skanska Group, where he played a pivotal role in treasury management for Skanska Poland and Germany between 2002 and 2011.
He has also led financial operations in real estate development firms, including Skanska Property (Commercial Development), Echo Investment, and Archicom, where he was responsible for driving business growth and implementing modern corporate finance strategies.
Müldner began his finance career in the banking sector, gaining experience at Deutsche Bank and Bank Austria. He holds a degree in management from the University of Warsaw and is an active member of the Association of Polish Corporate Treasurers.
Beyond his professional achievements, Müldner is passionate about mountaineering, rock music, and visual arts.
