Mindgram, a Polish well-being platform, has begun the year 2025 with significant changes and ambitious development plans. Currently, its services are used by 200 leading Polish companies, such as Biedronka, Orange, ING, Allegro, and Leroy Merlin, providing welfare support for nearly a million employees and their families. The platform, which has been in operation since 2021, has quickly gained a market-leading position in mental well-being in Poland and is expanding its operations into international markets.

New roles in the management

The year 2025 brought changes to the management structure of Mindgram. Adam Plona, co-founder and previous COO, has assumed the role of CEO. Plona, with experience gained in companies like Wirtualna Polska and e-commerce companies such as Domodi and Homebook, used to be responsible for product development and cooperation with corporate clients. His knowledge and skills, backed by completing the prestigious EPGC executive program at Stanford University, are set to support Mindgram’s further development.

Jakub Zieliński, the former CEO, has taken on the role of Chief Strategy Officer. In this role, he will focus on the development of strategic partnerships and merger and acquisition (M&A) processes. His experience includes building internet brands such as abcZdrowie.pl or medonet.pl and conducting international expansion strategies in large organizations.

The role of Małgorzata Ohme, Chief Impact Officer and co-founder of Mindgram, remains unchanged. Ohme is a recognized promoter of psychotherapy in Poland, and her task is to combine clinical knowledge with innovative technology solutions.

Technological innovations and international expansion

In 2024, Mindgram introduced a full range of support in 37 languages, which allows for the servicing of employees even in the largest companies worldwide. Additionally, the company is investing in artificial intelligence (AI) solutions, aimed at improving the accessibility and effectiveness of the support provided. Due to these innovations, as many as 90% of platform users report improved mental condition, with 86% developing new skills.

One of the main goals for 2025 is to establish strategic partnerships that will enable Mindgram to reach new customer groups. The company is also planning further consolidation measures to strengthen its market position.
