The Warsaw Stock Exchange-listed investment company JRH ASI S.A., which initiated and is developing the ORBITEO technology cluster, has invited MILOO-ELECTRONICS to join the project. The companies have signed a letter of intent formalizing MILOO’s entry into ORBITEO. JRH currently holds an 18.75% stake in MILOO-ELECTRONICS.

ORBITEO is an emerging holding and technology cluster being built by JRH, integrating sectors such as space, artificial intelligence, defense, deep tech, telecommunications, energy, and autonomous and unmanned systems. The inclusion of an established electronics manufacturer strengthens ORBITEO’s production pillar, expanding its value chain with capabilities that span the design, R&D, and certified mass production of advanced electronic systems—all carried out in Poland.

“We are excited to join ORBITEO. I am confident that our decades of experience in designing and manufacturing advanced electronics align perfectly with the cluster’s mission—from prototype development and validation to serial production of systems for demanding applications.
We are capable of producing large volumes of electronic components used in a wide range of devices—from fully civilian products to unmanned, autonomous, and even satellite systems,” said Miłosz Włodarczyk, CEO of MILOO-ELECTRONICS.

With over 30 years of experience in designing, manufacturing, and testing advanced electronics, MILOO specializes in the development of controllers, motherboards, and extension modules for complex control and automation systems, as well as software design. The company operates its own laboratories and fully automated SMT (Surface Mount Technology) production lines, enabling the manufacturing of tens of thousands of electronic units per month.

MILOO’s integration into ORBITEO will enhance production flexibility, from short prototype series to high-volume runs, while ensuring quality control, confidentiality, and supply chain security within Poland.

“MILOO will perfectly complement the expertise already gathered within ORBITEO. The company can manufacture components for all kinds of products developed within our holding—from unmanned and telecommunications systems to space and dual-use solutions.
This is an important step toward building a domestic, sovereign design and manufacturing chain, led and organized by JRH,” emphasized January Ciszewski, majority shareholder and CEO of JRH ASI S.A.

By combining ORBITEO’s existing technological and engineering expertise with MILOO’s production capacity, the holding gains a significant competitive advantage—shorter time-to-market for new products, full process control, and reduced dependence on dispersed foreign suppliers. Keeping the production process within Poland ensures interoperability with AI and telecommunications sectors, and the ability to rapidly adapt designs to client needs in the defense and space industries, further increasing ORBITEO’s attractiveness to institutional partners and investors.

“MILOO’s entry into ORBITEO expands our potential in the defense and space/dual-use domains, shortens implementation cycles, and strengthens supply chain security—creating a lasting competitive edge for the cluster,” concluded January Ciszewski.
