As of February 3, Michał Wrzesiński has resumed the position of CEO of WeNet Group S.A., a leader in the transformation of internet consulting for small and medium-sized enterprises. He replaces Jarosław Mikos, who is transitioning to the supervisory board of WeNet Group, where, as vice-chairman, he will support the strategic management of the group’s companies.
“Resuming the role of CEO at WeNet Group is a very important task for me. My goal is to solidify our position as a leader in the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises in Poland, particularly by leveraging artificial intelligence technology. This technology presents a significant opportunity for entrepreneurs in this sector to grow their businesses and gain a competitive edge,” said Michał Wrzesiński, CEO of WeNet Group S.A.
Jarosław Mikos’s appointment as vice-chairman of the supervisory board ensures that the company can continue to benefit from his extensive experience and unique competencies. Combined with his in-depth knowledge of WeNet, these qualities will contribute to the company’s ongoing dynamic growth.
“I am very proud of what we have achieved together over the past two years, building WeNet as the undisputed leader in Poland’s digital marketing market. I am particularly pleased with our success in driving key business metrics, implementing AI, completing and integrating WeNet Synergy, and embedding values and development programs at every level of the organization,” added Jarosław Mikos, vice-chairman of the supervisory board of WeNet Group.
Michał Wrzesiński has been associated with WeNet Group S.A. since 2014, initially as a board member and director of development strategy. Since 2018, he has served as CEO of Panorama Firm Sp. z o.o. From January 2020, he held the position of CEO of WeNet Group S.A., later advancing to the supervisory board as vice-chairman, where he was responsible for transactions and the consolidation process of WeNet Group S.A. and Panorama Firm Sp. z o.o.
Recently, as Chief of Growth (Board Member for Development), he oversaw areas such as product, marketing, and SaaS solutions. He also supported the company in developing its offerings and fostering international partnerships.
Previously, he spent many years in the capital market, completing over 50 mergers, acquisitions, and IPO transactions worth more than EUR 1 billion. He was the founder and CEO of the brokerage house Navigator and a managing partner at Navigator Capital.
Earlier in his career, he served as Corporate Finance Director at Rabobank and as a partner at Concordia (now Haitong Bank).
In 2008, he earned a habilitated doctorate in economics from the Warsaw School of Economics, where he lectured in the Institute of Finance until 2021. He has currently paused his academic activities to focus on the business operations of WeNet Group S.A.
