As of June 1, 2025, Michał Fidut has been appointed a Member of the Management Board of Euler Hermes SA, part of the Allianz Group, with responsibility for overseeing sales and marketing operations in Poland. He was also named Vice President of the Management Board of Euler Hermes Collections sp. z o.o. by resolution of the Shareholders’ General Meeting. Fidut succeeds Maciej Harczuk, who is leaving Allianz Trade.
Fidut’s promotion to the management structure of Allianz Trade in Poland marks an internal advancement. For nearly a decade, he has led the broker sales channel at Euler Hermes and Allianz Trade. He brings over 30 years of professional experience and has been associated with Euler Hermes and Allianz Trade since 2001. Starting as a specialist in the insurance sales department, he later headed the Central Region and, since 2015, served as Director of the Broker Sales Office. Earlier in his career, he also gained experience in an international company in the automotive sector.
Michał Fidut holds a degree in sociology from the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin and a master’s degree from the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science at the University of Warsaw. He also completed postgraduate pre-MBA studies at the University of Warsaw’s Faculty of Management. Throughout his career, he has participated in numerous sales and negotiation training programs.
Privately, Fidut is passionate about business communication trends. He is also an avid music and photography enthusiast.
