At the beginning of February, Michał Chodecki, a manager with over 17 years of market experience, took over the head of the department dealing with comprehensive consulting in the field of rental of industrial, warehouse and logistics properties. The new director is responsible for strategy and setting the directions of development of this business line as well as building relationships with key clients.
Michał Chodecki is a recognized expert and manager with many years of experience in the sector of industrial and warehouse properties. Using his competences, he will manage a team that advises on a daily basis in the search and rental of space to companies from sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, e-commerce. At Savills, he will represent key clients in strategic transactions. As part of his department, he will also supervise and support advisory projects, including supply chain strategy and optimization, execution of BTS/BTO projects, relocation recommendations, and negotiations with developers in key leasing transactions.
The department managed by Michał Chodecki provides services in all key areas related to the rental of warehouse and industrial properties, as well as services related to advising on investment land. In the near future, Savills plans to significantly strengthen the department, which will allow for even better customer support and further development of advisory services.

MANY YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
For the last 17 years, Michał Chodecki has been actively involved in the commercial real estate sector, focusing on technical consulting, business development and management of complex warehouse and logistics projects. He started his career in 2008 in Bilfinger Tebodin, where he was involved in the development of technical consulting services. Later, in Karmar S.A. (Bouygues), he coordinated industrial projects, and since 2017 he has been associated with Panattoni, responsible for obtaining and structuring BTS projects for global leaders in the logistics, manufacturing and R&D sectors.

Michał Chodecki graduated with a Master’s degree from the Lazarski University in Warsaw and completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). Privately, he is interested in geopolitics, culture and sports.
