As of October 1, 2025, Michael / Ström Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. (Michael / Ström TFI) will assume management of the funds Michael / Ström Obligacji Dużych Spółek FIZ and Michael / Ström Obligacji Korporacyjnych 2 FIZ.
The decision, approved by the Investors’ Assembly, marks a consolidation of the fund offer and a further strengthening of Michael / Ström’s position in the debt fund market.
The transfer of management from EQUES Investment TFI S.A. to Michael / Ström TFI was approved on July 24, 2025, and will come into force on October 1, 2025, together with amendments to the statutes of the funds. As a result, Michael / Ström TFI will assume all rights and obligations of the previous manager.
“By taking over the management of the Michael / Ström Obligacji Dużych Spółek FIZ and Michael / Ström Obligacji Korporacyjnych 2 FIZ funds, we can offer investors full consistency – both in terms of bond portfolio management and client service. For our TFI, this is the first step toward strengthening stability and building client trust in the group, which for years has specialized in the bond segment, including corporate bonds,” said Grzegorz Chłopek, President of Michael / Ström TFI.
For fund participants, the change requires no additional action. Access to the M/S Online system remains unchanged. From October 1, investors will also be able to follow current information about the funds on www.tfi.michaelstrom.pl. Any questions regarding investment certificates will continue to be handled by Michael / Ström Dom Maklerski S.A.
