Biotechnology company Medical Inventi has received a certificate from the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) confirming the registration of the FlexiOss® trademark. This marks another milestone for the company in its global expansion. The trademark protection has been granted in two categories: drugs and biomaterials used in bone damage treatment, as well as artificial implants and materials replacing bone tissue.

What is FlexiOss®?

Currently, Medical Inventi is commercializing FlexiOss®, gradually introducing it to global markets. The product is legally protected by a European patent (Bioactive composite and process for the production of the bioactive composite), which ensures active protection in Austria, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, France, England, Ireland, and Sweden. Other countries where FlexiOss® is covered by patent protection include Australia, Japan, and Israel.
Apart from the United States, the FlexiOss® trademark is also protected in China, Japan, Switzerland, Vietnam, and the United Arab Emirates.
