MAZOP Group S.A., a Polish manufacturer of packaging for e-commerce, industry and the automotive sector, increased its consolidated sales revenue by nearly 17% year on year in 2025, to PLN 46 million. EBITDA rose by 45% in the period analysed, reaching PLN 3.7 million, while consolidated net profit amounted to PLN 0.3 million, compared with a PLN 0.3 million loss a year earlier.

The improvement in results was significantly supported by further growth in sales volumes on key foreign markets, the development of the protective packaging segment and the expansion of the product range. In addition, subsidiary Sheep Me increased its revenue by 26% year on year in 2025 and generated a net profit, supporting the improvement in the Group’s overall results.

“Last year confirmed the effectiveness of our development strategy and the growing stability of our business model. We are continuing dynamic growth in export sales, particularly on the German market, which is currently our second most important sales market and already accounts for 27% of our revenue. At the same time, we are improving profitability and increasing diversification, both in terms of new markets and the products we offer. We still have spare production capacity that allows us to further increase sales without the need for major investment expenditure. The increase in the order backlog for 2026 is also a very important signal, providing a solid basis for further growth in the scale of operations in the coming periods,” says Krzysztof Rusin, President of the Management Board of MAZOP Group S.A.

MAZOP Group is consistently developing sales on foreign markets, which remain a key pillar of the company’s growth. The DACH region continues to show particularly strong momentum, and after the first quarter of 2026 alone, sales on the German market increased by 63% year on year. The company’s products are currently delivered to customers in 24 countries. In addition to further strengthening its position in Germany, the Netherlands and the Scandinavian countries, MAZOP is conducting intensive sales activities in Hungary and Romania.

The protective packaging segment remains an important area of development, systematically increasing its share in the revenue structure. In 2025, sales of packaging made from foamed materials increased by 44%, while sales in the Fixbox category rose by 36%. This segment is characterised by a higher unit value of products and a more favourable margin, while its importance continues to grow in sectors such as logistics, manufacturing and automotive. In the first quarter of 2026, the company also completed the installation of a new machine for the production of Fixbox membrane packaging, which will allow it to expand its offer to include larger industrial packaging formats.

“We have a unique and proven business model, which means we do not have to compete for large orders involving high expenditure and limited margins. We place strong emphasis on the development of individual product segments and on increasing the share of higher unit-value orders. We are developing the protective packaging segment, responding both to the needs of industrial customers and to regulatory changes related, among others, to the implementation of PPWR and the EPR system in Europe. Solutions that reduce the use of plastics and packaging based on paper are becoming increasingly important. At the same time, we are carrying out investments that improve operational efficiency, including the automation of logistics and production processes. One such project is the implementation of an internal transport system, aimed at further reducing packaging and internal logistics costs,” emphasises Paweł Kocyk, Vice-President of the Management Board of MAZOP Group S.A.

The Group’s results are also being positively influenced by its subsidiary Sheep Me sp. z o.o., which provides fulfilment services for e-commerce. In 2025, the company generated revenue of PLN 2.13 million, representing growth of 26% year on year, and posted a net profit of PLN 150,000.

MAZOP Group’s strategy for the coming years assumes further export development, strengthening of the protective packaging segment and improvement of operational efficiency, while reducing debt and maintaining cost discipline.
