Matexi Polska is strengthening its management structures. Jesika Mackiewicz, a manager with over 10 years of experience in the real estate sector, has joined the management boards of companies responsible for residential projects in Warsaw. She will support the further development of Matexi Polska in the capital’s market.
The well-known Belgian-rooted developer is expanding its operational structures. At the beginning of July, Jesika Mackiewicz was appointed to the management boards of companies handling Warsaw-based investments. As a member of the top management, Jesika is responsible for co-creating and implementing the company’s strategy, including the development of the residential project portfolio, land acquisition, and preparation of new investments.

Jesika Mackiewicz has more than 10 years of experience in the real estate sector. She has been associated with Matexi Polska for one year. As Business Manager, she is responsible for residential and PRS projects carried out in Warsaw. She manages the development team responsible for the entire process of land acquisition and investment preparation, starting from acquiring new plots, through negotiations, due diligence, concluding purchase agreements, obtaining administrative decisions such as zoning permits, environmental decisions, building permits, as well as preparing investment business plans, transaction structures, and project management strategies.
