Mateusz Ozór becomes new director of Henkel’s production plant in Raciborz

Starting from January 2025, the detergent production plant of Henkel Polska in Racibórz has a new director – Mateusz Ozór, associated with the company for 17 years. The Racibórz factory produces washing powders and gels as well as fabric softeners for twelve markets in the Central Eastern Europe region, including Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, and Ukraine.

In his new role, Mateusz Ozór is responsible for driving the plant’s development and implementing strategies to ensure optimal production efficiency, while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards. He pays special attention to the continuation of environmental projects and the further development of innovative production solutions.

“Taking up the position of factory director in Racibórz, where I started my professional career, and working with the team that has provided me with enormous support over the years, is not only an honor for me but also a commitment,” says Mateusz Ozór. “I believe that a good knowledge of the factory and the experience gained here will allow me to contribute significantly to its further development and to support key projects that are the foundation of our goals in sustainable development,” he adds.

Mateusz Ozór has been associated with Henkel since 2008, at the start of his professional career. He began as a packaging specialist in the R&D department. Over the years, he gained international experience in the company’s structures in Vienna, where he held various roles in the R&D and Regional Engineering departments. One of his greatest achievements was managing the construction project of a new liquid production department realized in collaboration with the local team in 2017. Since 2018, he successfully managed the production of gels and liquids in the Racibórz plant.

The new director is a graduate of the Opole University of Technology in Computer Integrated Manufacturing Systems. He expanded his knowledge during studies in the field of International Business at the Copenhagen University College of Engineering and in postgraduate studies in Production Management at the Higher European College named after Józef Tischner in Kraków.
