In early September, Marcin Mazurek assumed the position of Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO) at Autopay, a leading tech company specializing in solutions for the financial, telecommunications, and e-commerce sectors. He will serve as a board member.
Marcin Mazurek will be responsible for the strategy and vision of the technology and product areas, and as CPTO, he will foster an environment conducive to creating innovative technological solutions. He will support the international development of the Autopay group. Furthermore, he will be accountable for the quality of technological solutions, their performance, and security, and he will oversee IT Security for the Autopay group. As CPTO, he will also solidify standards relating to tech and product competencies and talents of the brand.
Marcin Mazurek has over 20 years of experience in the tech industry. During his career, he held key positions at Allegro, where, as VP of Technology and Acting CTO, he was responsible for the technology strategy, managing tech operations, and implementing complex transformation projects. His achievements include international expansion of the Allegro platform and the integration of the Technology and Product area after a merger with Mall Group.
Autopay’s CPTO has gained extensive experience in managing large engineering teams and introducing modern tech solutions. He holds a broad technical education, a graduate of the University of Economics in Poznań. He has completed managerial programs at Stanford University and INSEAD University.

New board member
The Chief Product and Technology Officer has also joined the board, which will now consist of five members. The board includes Andrzej Antoń (CEO and co-founder of the company), Ewa Woroszył (Chief Financial Officer), Wojciech Murawski (Chief Commercial Officer), Tomasz Jakubowski (Chief Operating Officer), and now – Marcin Mazurek (Chief Product and Technology Officer).
