Magdalena Boruszewska-Siarkiewicz Joins the Board of FBSerwis S.A.

On November 26th, the Supervisory Board of FBSerwis S.A. made a decision to expand the board of directors of FBSerwis S.A. – a company belonging to the Budimex Group, engaged in waste management, technical maintenance of facilities, modernization of lighting infrastructure and maintenance of road infrastructure.

By decision of the Supervisory Board, Magdalena Boruszewska-‎Siarkiewicz, Director of the Financial Department, has been appointed to serve as a member of the board of FBSerwis S.A.

Currently, the board of FBSerwis S.A. includes: Álvaro García Martínez – President of the Board and General Manager, Hanna Zajączkowska – Director of the Environmental Services Division, ‎Jakub Drozdowski – Director of the Infrastructure Maintenance Division, and Magdalena ‎Boruszewska-Siarkiewicz – Director of the Financial Department.

Magdalena Boruszewska-Siarkiewicz joined FBSerwis on March 1, 2023, assuming the duties of Financial Director. Prior to this, she spent 15 years with Budimex where she served in several positions including Director of Controlling and Director of the Economic Office of Construction. She has extensive experience in managing a large, dispersed team and accounting and controlling processes, including budgeting and financial reporting.
