Effective 1 July, Maciej Kołek has taken responsibility for the entire Finance Division of LUX MED Group. Until now, he served as Director of the Controlling, Planning and Analysis Department.
Kołek brings many years of experience in finance and controlling, gained in major organisations operating in the insurance market and the healthcare sector. In recent years at LUX MED, he developed the controlling function, strengthening its role as a business partner for the management board and senior leadership team.
The new Management Board Member responsible for finance at LUX MED Group also has experience in developing growth strategies for insurance and medical companies, as well as working on transformation projects aimed at improving organisational efficiency.
Anna Rulkiewicz, President of LUX MED Group, said the business is well prepared to meet the challenges of the coming years.
“LUX MED is today an organisation with strong foundations and a clearly defined growth strategy. The appointment of a new CFO is a natural result of our internal leadership succession process.
“I am convinced that Maciej, thanks to his experience, expertise and excellent understanding of our organisational culture, will effectively support the company’s continued growth and the implementation of our priorities,” Rulkiewicz said.
Maciej Kołek said he was pleased to join the Management Board of LUX MED Group.

Until now, the LUX MED Finance Division had been managed by Jakub Tatak.
