Mercator Estates – a real estate development company owned by the Mercator Medical Group – is strengthening its operational structures. Starting April 1, 2025, Maciej Knych will increase his involvement in Mercator Estates by taking on new responsibilities to more effectively support the company’s ambitious goals in the real estate market. Due to this change in duties, Maciej Knych has resigned from his role on the Supervisory Board of Mercator Medical S.A., effective March 31, 2025.
Maciej Knych has been involved in economic consulting since the beginning of his career, particularly in the area of Corporate Finance, including business management, company valuation, investment financing, capital transactions, and controlling projects. For many years, he has also been closely connected to the commercial real estate market, further strengthening Mercator Estates’ expertise in real estate development investments. Over the course of his career, he has participated in the execution of hundreds of advisory projects. His involvement is aimed at supporting ongoing initiatives and further expanding the company’s development operations in line with the strategic objectives of the entire Group.

This marks the next stage in strengthening the Mercator Estates team and preparing the company to successfully carry out multi-phase development projects, such as the revitalization of historic tenement buildings in the center of Kraków. The company also does not rule out further expanding the team with experts from various areas of the real estate and investment management sectors.
At the beginning of the year, Maciej Wójcik was appointed as President of the Management Board of Mercator Estates. He is an experienced manager who previously led TDJ Estate for many years, delivering prestigious residential, office, and retail developments across Poland.
