LUX MED Group Expands Its Mental Health Services with Acquisition of Mental Path Network

The LUX MED Group is continuing its strategic expansion in the field of mental health care. Under an agreement signed on November 6, 2025, LUX MED will incorporate seven highly specialized Mental Path centers operating in five cities: Warsaw, Kraków, Katowice, Sopot, and Rzeszów. As a result of this acquisition, the company will double its offering of psychiatric and psychological care services.

Mental Path Group is a network of mental health centers offering services to both private clients and businesses. It brings together more than 200 experienced psychologists, psychotherapists, and psychiatrists. The Mental Path centers operate as expert hubs in mental health, focusing on psychotherapy, psychiatry, sexology, and specialized psychological diagnostics.

As part of the acquisition, LUX MED gains seven Mental Path clinics located in:

• Warsaw (2 locations):
  • Mokotów, ul. Puławska 12/10
  • Saska Kępa, ul. Wandy 11a/1
    These clinics offer psychotherapy for adults, children, and adolescents, as well as psychiatric consultations and psychological diagnostics.
• Kraków (2 locations):
  • ul. Bonarka 11
  • al. Pokoju 29B/21
    Both offer comprehensive mental health care, including services for patients with sexual disorders, transgender identity, ADHD, and psychosomatic conditions.
• Katowice:
  • ul. 3 Maja 13/6
    This clinic specializes in comprehensive mental health support for children and adolescents and is registered as a non-public Psychological and Pedagogical Counseling Center in accordance with Ministry of Education regulations.
• Sopot:
  • ul. Jana Sobieskiego 29
    This center focuses on sexology, psychotherapy, and psychosomatic medicine, offering treatment for sexual disorders, depression, and behavioral issues.
• Rzeszów:
  • ul. Tadeusza Boya-Żeleńskiego 2/18
    This clinic provides psychotherapy and psychosomatic care for children, adolescents, and adults.

In parallel, the LUX MED Group continues to expand its “Harmonia” Mental Health Clinics network, providing comprehensive mental health and developmental support through eight facilities located in Warsaw, Wrocław, and Kraków, as well as through online services. With the acquisition of the Mental Path Group, LUX MED will double its mental health care capacity, while specialists from both networks will benefit from enhanced collaboration opportunities and synergistic development.
