Łukasz Chałaczkiewicz has been promoted to Head of the Southern Europe Region at LIPTON Teas & Infusions. In his new role, he will oversee market development in Italy, Greece, Spain, Cyprus, and Portugal while continuing his responsibilities as General Manager for Eastern Europe. Warsaw, as a strategic communication hub, will bridge collaboration across 25 European countries.
Poland will play a central role in fostering synergies between the Eastern and Southern European markets. Under Łukasz Chałaczkiewicz’s leadership, the region aims to enhance the exchange of experiences and drive dynamic growth and innovation in Southern Europe.

Together with teams and partners from Southern countries, we will continue our mission and shape the future of the tea market,” said Łukasz Chałaczkiewicz.
LIPTON Teas & Infusions is the world’s largest tea producer, operating in over 100 countries and leading the way in sustainable tea and infusion production. In Poland, the company is developing a global supply chain management center. Katowice is home to one of LIPTON’s largest and most innovative factories globally, employing nearly 500 people and supplying tea to dozens of countries. The Polish team in the Katowice HUB focuses on supply chain digitization and global customer relations, continuously setting new standards for the global tea industry.
