Konrad Komornicki has been appointed by the President of UODO, Mirosław Wróblewski, to the position of Deputy President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

Konrad Komornicki is an expert in the field of information security, including classified information, as well as data protection and teleinformatics security.

He served as the Director of the Security Office at the Warsaw City Hall, Director of the Security and IT Office at the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland, and Director of the Security Office at the Polish Armaments Group S.A. He was also the Acting Deputy Director of the Defense and Security Office at Poczta Polska S.A, and was the President’s proxy for security in public transportation in Warsaw. From 2018 to 2024, he was the Director of the Teleinformatics and Security Division at Warsaw Public Transport.

Currently, the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection has two deputies. Agnieszka Grzelak was appointed as Deputy President of UODO on February 2, 2024.
