KOMSA Poland closed last year with revenue of PLN 767.7 million, maintaining a stable position in a demanding market. The company continues to invest in the development of logistics and IT systems, while planning growth in the coming quarters. The results and development prospects are discussed by Dominik Kaczmarek, CEO of KOMSA Poland Hemani Ventures.

Last year, the ICT distribution market was marked by high volatility and cost pressure, which affected investment decisions made by vendors, resellers and end customers. In many cases, projects were postponed and purchasing decisions were approached with greater caution. In the case of KOMSA Poland, however, this did not have a negative impact on revenue.

“We closed 2025 with revenue of nearly PLN 768 million, maintaining operational stability. IT equipment and telecommunications solutions played the dominant role. We also recorded a significant impact from educational programmes under the National Recovery Plan and changes driven by the development of AI,” said Dominik Kaczmarek, CEO of KOMSA Poland Hemani Ventures. “The scale of operations we achieved last year requires further strengthening of operational efficiency, supporting and automating sales and logistics processes. This is necessary in a distribution model based on high volumes and low margins. That is why we have planned a number of investments for 2026.”

The largest share of KOMSA Poland’s revenue structure came from sales of IT equipment, which generated more than PLN 523 million. Telecommunications solutions also remained an important pillar of the business, with revenue exceeding PLN 162 million.

In 2026, the company will focus on the next stages of its technological transformation. These will include investments in logistics infrastructure and the implementation of new IT systems, including ERP, CRM and WMS-class solutions.

“We treat the results achieved as a starting point for the next stage. We plan to grow by around 10% year on year. To achieve this, we are currently investing in a scalable operating platform that, over the coming years, will enable further process automation and optimise cooperation with partners,” added the CEO of KOMSA Poland.

The company expects to continue developing its business despite macroeconomic uncertainty and changes in the global market environment. According to Kaczmarek, product availability, price levels, consumer sentiment and changes in WIBOR will be of key importance in the coming period.

“In the coming quarters, we will operate in an environment full of tension between declining volumes and upward price pressure. The key question will be whether the market can maintain sales value amid a changing demand structure. In such a volatile environment, flexibility and strong business relationships with partners are essential. These relationships are built on trust, business analytics, shared strategies and fast data exchange. They make it possible to respond quickly to challenges and emerge from crises stronger,” Dominik Kaczmarek concluded.

The ability to adapt and manage volatility will therefore be one of the key growth factors in ICT distribution in the near future.
