The General Meeting of Members of the Polish Council of Shopping Centres, held on 10 June 2026, granted discharge to the outgoing management board and elected a new board for the 2026–2028 term. During the inaugural meeting of the new board, Justyna Kur was elected President, while Anna Malcharek, Urszula Matej-Bil and Piotr Staniszewski were appointed Vice-Presidents of the Polish Council of Shopping Centres.
By decision of the PRCH General Meeting of Members, the new management board includes: Agata Brzezińska, Head of CEE at Pradera Management Poland; Jan Dębski, Chairman of Business Development at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield; Tomasz Górski, Retail Asset Manager at NEPI Rockcastle; Małgorzata Komarczuk, Group Head of Marketing CEE at G City Europe; Bogda Korolczuk, Managing Director of PRCH; Justyna Kur, Vice-President and Director of Property Management and Lease Management at Apsys Polska; Anna Malcharek, Managing Director of Gemini Holding; Urszula Matej-Bil, Management Board Member for Communications and Marketing at EPP; Piotr Staniszewski, legal counsel and partner at Pinsent Masons; Jacek Wesołowski, Managing Director of Trei Real Estate Poland; and Aleksandra Zentile-Miller, architect and urban planner at Consult AZM.
The position of President of the PRCH Management Board has been taken over by Justyna Kur. In this role, she succeeds Jan Dębski, who held the position for the previous three terms.
The new President is one of the most experienced managers in Poland’s retail real estate market. She has been associated with the sector for 25 years, combining operational experience with a strong understanding of changes taking place in the retail industry, as well as the expectations of shopping centre owners and managers, tenants and customers.
At Apsys Polska, she is responsible for increasing the value of managed assets, maintaining high operational quality, supporting innovation and building long-term relationships with partners. A member of the PRCH Management Board since 2019, she has actively participated in industry dialogue and in the co-creation of market standards.
“I would like to thank the members of the Polish Council of Shopping Centres for their trust and for giving me the mandate to lead the organisation in the coming term. I would also like to express special gratitude to my predecessor, Jan Dębski, for his years of commitment and work for the association and the entire industry. I am also pleased that Bogda Korolczuk is part of the board. For the past six months, she has served as Managing Director and has been leading the organisation’s day-to-day activities with renewed energy,” said Justyna Kur, the new President of the PRCH Management Board.
“PRCH has been co-creating modern retail in Poland for more than 20 years. It integrates the industry, represents its interests and conducts dialogue with public administration. The standards, reports and analyses developed by the organisation are now an important point of reference for the entire market. It is an organisation with strong foundations and a well-established brand,” she added.
“At the same time, the retail property sector is changing dynamically, along with the expectations of customers, tenants and owners. My ambition is for PRCH’s activities to respond even better to these challenges — for the organisation to remain a place of cooperation and knowledge exchange, as well as a strong voice of the sector, actively shaping the discussion on the future of brick-and-mortar retail,” Kur said.
During the General Meeting of Members, the audit committee for the 2026–2028 term was also elected. Its members were reappointed: Jakub Jonkisz from Westbroker, Anna Łoś from Vistra, Magdalena Łukaszewska from Pradera Management and Krzysztof Sakierski from Savills.
