COMPANIESJRH ASI signs strategic agreements with ELQ and Euvic to expand ORBITEO dual-use technology ecosystem

JRH ASI S.A., listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and acting as the initiator and operator of the ORBITEO technology cluster, has signed a letter of intent with ELQ S.A. regarding its cooperation with ORBITEO, as well as a framework agreement with Euvic S.A. ORBITEO is a fast-growing cluster focused on artificial intelligence, space technologies, defence industries, automation and deeptech. The new partnerships significantly expand its operational capabilities and access to high-value technologies.

The cooperation with ELQ will cover projects in the field of unmanned systems and dual-use technologies, while the agreement with Euvic grants access to highly qualified IT specialists to support projects led by JRH, ORBITEO, or other companies within the group.

ELQ to deliver combat-proven unmanned technology

ELQ is a Polish company rooted in energy and infrastructure transformation and will focus its ORBITEO partnership on the development and deployment of advanced unmanned systems through ELQ Defense. The programme includes the manufacturing and integration of drones in cooperation with Ukrainian partners, ensuring access to combat-verified technology, daily firmware/software updates and seamless integration with advanced analytics and automation platforms.

ELQ will provide the delivery and integration of unmanned platforms with IT/OT infrastructure, along with maintenance, training and advisory services, including hybrid drone–IoT–analytics systems consultancy.

Through this partnership, ORBITEO gains rapid access to operational technology, enhanced technological edge and expanded capabilities in critical monitoring, security and autonomous operations. For ELQ, the alliance unlocks opportunities to enter new markets, scale its solutions and accelerate product development.

“Joining Orbiteo is an important step in scaling our unmanned systems and deploying innovation at speed. ELQ Defense, developed in cooperation with leading Ukrainian partners, gives Orbiteo access to combat-tested technology updated in real time — delivering real operational superiority and efficiency. We are excited to jointly accelerate digital transformation and enhance the security of our clients,” said Dr. Marcin Sołtysiak, CEO of ELQ Group.

“ELQ brings not only critical infrastructure expertise, but also ready-to-deploy unmanned solutions verified in real combat. This is another milestone in building a Polish dual-use technology ecosystem spanning space, AI and defence. We believe ORBITEO will become a true innovation platform connecting industry with science,” said January Ciszewski, main shareholder and President of JRH.

Euvic strengthens ORBITEO with access to 6,000+ top-tier engineers

Under the signed framework agreement, Euvic will provide JRH and ORBITEO companies with access to several thousand highly specialised IT experts — including engineers involved in software used by NASA and the U.S. Department of Defense. This support will play a key role in consolidating ORBITEO’s technological capabilities.

Euvic is one of the largest IT service providers in Central and Eastern Europe, founded in 2005. The group employs over 6,000 specialists and delivers projects across the private and public sectors, covering software development, infrastructure management, cybersecurity, systems integration, AI and automation. The company operates in Poland, Germany, Scandinavia, the U.S. and Canada, serving clients in more than 20 countries.

Under the agreement, Euvic will deliver IT outsourcing and project services for JRH and ORBITEO companies, including expertise in software engineering, project management, IT infrastructure architecture and delivery, cybersecurity and AI solutions — enabling the execution of highly advanced engineering programmes at the highest global standards.

“I believe that building Polish satellites and drones is a matter of national strategic interest. Poland must possess sovereign technological capabilities, which is why ORBITEO is an important initiative — and I expect this framework agreement to soon evolve into concrete projects,” said Wojciech Wolny, CEO of Euvic S.A.

“Euvic is an exceptional partner that brings the scale and competencies required to execute the most advanced technology programmes. This cooperation gives JRH and ORBITEO companies the know-how and resources to develop and rapidly scale AI, space and defence technologies globally. It is another major step in building a strong and integrated ecosystem of Polish technology leaders,” concluded January Ciszewski.
