COMPANIESJRH ASI S.A. Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Oman’s ETCO SPACE Under ORBITEO Technology Holding

Warsaw Stock Exchange–listed investment company JRH ASI S.A. has signed a cooperation agreement with Omani company International Emerging Technology Company (ETCO SPACE) to jointly develop projects in satellite technologies, data analytics and knowledge-transfer programs. The partnership, launched under the ORBITEO technology holding led by JRH, aims to build an international platform of synergies in the space sector, combining the expertise of Polish and Omani technological partners.

The agreement between JRH and ETCO SPACE was signed on 27 October 2025 in Kraków, during the official launch of the ORBITEO holding. The document establishes a framework for collaboration in modern satellite imaging technologies, Earth observation data processing, technical capacity building and the use of Oman’s space infrastructure — including its national ground observation station.

ETCO SPACE is a fast-growing Omani space and technology company specialising in Earth observation, satellite data analytics and the development of national capabilities in space technologies. It plays an active role in building the space ecosystem in the Gulf region, working closely with government institutions, universities and global industry partners.

The partnership with ETCO SPACE is fully aligned with JRH’s strategy to build ORBITEO — an international technology and industrial holding focused on advanced technologies, including the space sector. ORBITEO is currently developing projects in satellite data commercialisation, analytical platforms and highly advanced downstream services. A key component of the collaboration will be joint R&D initiatives, exchange of know-how and creation of new satellite-data-driven products.

This agreement expands the reach of JRH and ORBITEO companies into the Middle Eastern market, unlocking access to new contracts and strategic partnerships. The roadmap includes technology exchange, joint commercial ventures in Earth observation and participation in regional technical competence development programs.

“The agreement with ETCO SPACE marks a major step in the internationalisation of ORBITEO. Cooperation with a strategic partner from Oman builds on our existing relationship with SatRev — a co-founder of the ORBITEO ecosystem — and reinforces the holding’s potential as a platform connecting innovation, capital and deep technical expertise. We are convinced that this partnership will generate tangible value — not only for our companies, but for the broader technology ecosystem we are building,” said January Ciszewski, CEO and majority shareholder of JRH.

The new partnership builds on the previous collaboration between ETCO SPACE and Polish satellite company SatRev, focused on satellite infrastructure development and Earth observation data processing. This existing cooperation has already delivered successful projects, including the establishment of Oman’s national satellite ground station and the launch and operation of CubeSat spacecraft — including the first satellite in Oman’s history.

With the newly signed agreement, a natural bridge is formed for cooperation among all parties within ORBITEO — both technologically and commercially.
