JRH ASI, an investment company listed on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW), has invested in DistrictORG Inc. Following a year-long pilot of its platform, CampusAI Polska, DistrictORG is now launching its global expansion as planned. It is the world’s first AI-native school, leveraging advanced artificial intelligence technologies and the concept of digital twins to enhance skills development.
The global metaverse educational platform, AI DistrictORG, expands on and complements the vision of CampusAI by combining AI education with local hubs of innovation and creativity. Collaborating with universities, local governments, and business partners, the company supports talent development and organizational transformation in the Human+AI era.
“The investment in DistrictORG, the younger sibling of CampusAI, confirms JRH’s commitment to its new strategy. This strategy positions artificial intelligence projects at the core of JRH’s investment activities. Joining such a global, innovative, and impactful project is the result of months of collaboration between our teams and a shared vision for global expansion. We believe this project will make waves in the global AI education industry,” stated January Ciszewski, main shareholder and CEO of JRH.
Under the SAFE agreement, JRH has provided DistrictORG with $492,000 in funding, which will be converted into company shares during the next financing round. JRH is considering increasing its involvement to up to $5 million, with further investment decisions based on the company’s progress and development.
“DistrictORG’s mission is to democratize access to AI education and digital solutions, bridging human and artificial intelligence collaboration for all generations: Alpha, Gen Z, Gen Y, and Gen X. The company develops groundbreaking technologies that simulate environments like schools, innovation hubs, or the offices of the future. DistrictORG is redefining traditional education models by integrating gamification, community-based learning, and practical projects. Operating in B2C, B2B, and B2B2C models, the platform offers scalable AI-powered digital twin solutions for other organizations,” said Aureliusz Górski, founder of DistrictORG Inc.
JRH’s investment in the U.S.-based DistrictORG Inc. will fund its global expansion, integrating four rapidly growing industries: AI, EdTech, gaming, and the metaverse. The company aims to achieve unicorn status with a billion-dollar valuation by 2030.
DistrictORG’s Goals by 2030:
- Upskill 50 million people worldwide in AI.
- Establish 40 local platforms or “districts” with 1 million paying members (modeled after the Polish CampusAI pilot).
- Implement proprietary DistrictEngine™ technology to enable organizations to create custom digital twin spaces using a white-label model.
