JRH ASI Concludes 2025 with PLN 31.4 Million Net Profit and Portfolio Growth of Over PLN 64.2 Million; Launches ORBITEO Project Combining Drones, Satellites, and AI.
JRH ASI S.A., an investment company listed on the Main Market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW), closed 2025 with a net profit of PLN 31.4 million. The value of its investment portfolio increased by PLN 64.2 million, reaching PLN 212.9 million, while JRH’s equity rose to PLN 166.6 million.
The financial results were primarily driven by the appreciation of JRH’s portfolio companies. This indicates that the Company’s core investments are gaining value, which is expected to build solid, long-term shareholder value. This growth aligns with JRH’s 2024–2027 strategy, centered on leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI), focusing on “industries of the future,” and active portfolio management.
Strategic Acquisitions and Space Tech Expansion
The acquisition of a controlling stake in Farada Group was JRH’s largest investment transaction in 2025. Following its completion, JRH holds a 44.8% stake in the company, which is a leading European manufacturer of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). Farada possesses scalable production capacities and offers comprehensive AI-supported observation systems, as well as UAV logistics fleet solutions for Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS) operations. Currently, the firm is expanding its services in the protection and monitoring of critical infrastructure both domestically and abroad.
In 2025, JRH’s portfolio companies experienced dynamic development:
-
SatRev (Space Sector): Launched a ground station in Oman and presented the first Earth surface images from the BlueBON satellite (launched in January 2025). The satellite has since imaged over 0.6 million km², collecting 300 GB of data. This confirms the company’s full sovereign competence—from satellite design and construction to mission handling and data commercialization.
-
Ongeno (Biotech): Continued work toward completing a medical experiment for multiple sclerosis therapy.
-
Funding Rounds: New share issues were conducted by Flexee Group, OpenApp, Tres Comas (Moniti), Greenlanes, and Nanovery.
-
Global Expansion: AI Clearing secured contracts in Europe, Asia, and the USA; Minte.ai implemented solutions for major insurance institutions; while Mindento, NOXO Energy, SiDLY, and LiveKid continued their market growth.
“2025 was a period of consistent strategy execution for JRH. Our portfolio companies are achieving milestones that increase their value, and consequently, the value of our entire portfolio. This allowed us to achieve a net profit of PLN 31.4 million, and it is only the beginning of the positive effects of our strategy,” said January Ciszewski, President of the Management Board and majority shareholder of JRH ASI S.A.
Looking Ahead: Project ORBITEO
The current year has already brought further successes. SatRev signed a contract worth nearly PLN 30 million with Oman’s ETCO SPACE for satellite monitoring of gas pipelines and announced a 2026 satellite launch. Meanwhile, Farada Group partnered with the Military Institute of Armament Technology to develop the WARTOWNIK system—a comprehensive strategic area protection solution using UAVs.
The most significant strategic milestone was the inauguration of Project ORBITEO on October 27, 2025.
-
Concept: A technology holding integrating Polish companies in deeptech, space, drone technology, and AI.
-
Focus: Solutions with dual-use (civilian and defense) applications.
-
Pillars: SatRev and Farada will serve as the foundation of this project.
To support the project’s expansion into the defense sector, JRH has invited prominent security and infrastructure experts to its Supervisory Board: Brigadier General (Ret.) Paweł Bielawny, former deputy head of the Government Protection Bureau, and Brigadier General (Ret.) Pilot Sławomir Żakowski, an experienced NATO commander.
