Effective May 1, 2025, Jan Peths has officially taken over as General Manager of Vorwerk Polska. He succeeds Wojciech Ćmikiewicz, who spent a total of 18 years on the company’s management board—initially as Sales Director, and for the past six years as General Manager. Ćmikiewicz has now assumed the role of Senior Vice President of Sales within the international structure of the Vorwerk Group, where he will oversee the Benelux and French markets.
Jan Peths has been with the Vorwerk Group since 2018. Before joining the company, he gained extensive experience in sales management at firms specializing in direct selling. At Vorwerk, he initially worked on developing the Czech market, then went on to manage operations in the United Kingdom and Ireland. Since January 2024, he has served as Sales Director for Thermomix in Poland. During this time, he demonstrated a strong understanding of the Polish market and a remarkable ability to motivate and lead the company’s sales network.
“It is an honor to take the helm of Vorwerk Polska at such a significant time—the year marking the company’s 30th anniversary in Poland and the launch of the revolutionary Thermomix TM7. My priority will be to continue strengthening the market position of our Thermomix and Kobold brands in Poland,” emphasized Jan Peths.
