COMPANIESInPost Group Delivers Over One Billion Parcels in 2024 for the First Time

In 2024, InPost Group surpassed a historic milestone, handling over one billion parcels for the first time. The company processed a total of 1,091,644,003 shipments, marking a 22% year-on-year increase. On its key markets—Poland, France, and the United Kingdom—InPost grew significantly faster than the overall e-commerce market.

“Last year was a record-breaking year for InPost Group in every respect. For the first time, we delivered over one billion parcels, installed more than 11,500 new Paczkomat¼ machines, and during a single day in December, in the pre-Christmas period, we handled nearly 14 million shipments. In Poland, InPost was once again the only logistics company guaranteeing parcel deliveries even on Christmas Eve. Last year, we expanded our network in Poland to over 25,000 machines. Newly introduced services, such as InPost Pay and our loyalty program, have already proven effective in driving volume growth. In the UK, we completed the acquisition of Menzies, giving us full control over the logistics process and enabling us to double parcel volumes in 2024. Mondial Relay markets are growing in line with our B2C and APM volume strategy. Across all markets, we continue to focus on improving quality and expanding the network,” said RafaƂ Brzoska, founder and CEO of InPost.
