inEwi, a company specializing in time tracking, shift planning, and electronic document workflow, has a new owner. The company is now part of the Symfonia Group, a leading provider of innovative software solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Poland.

350,000 Employees Have Used inEwi’s Time Tracker
Headquartered in Bielsko-Biała, inEwi creates software for time tracking and shift scheduling, as well as for managing electronic workflows related to absences and business travel. Its modern, AI-supported solutions automate daily processes and enhance operational efficiency for companies. A standout offering is its mobile time tracking application, which has already been used by nearly 350,000 employees.
“inEwi, like Symfonia, supports SMEs in their digital transformation. Our technologies and secure systems help improve process management, data analysis, and decision-making,” says Ciski. He emphasizes that the inEwi brand will remain active on the market, with its teams strengthening the Symfonia Group and facilitating the integration of inEwi’s solutions into the company’s broader offering.
Symfonia Expands Through Organic Growth and Acquisitions
The acquisition of inEwi is another step in Symfonia’s strategic growth plan. In November 2024, the Group also acquired Nefeni, a Poznań-based company specializing in advanced software for public administration and local governments. Nefeni’s products form the “Modern Office” platform, supporting tasks in financial-tax operations, property management, registries, and public e-services.
Symfonia is also expanding its HR and payroll software offering. Previous investments in this area include the acquisition of Reset2, the developer of the R2Płatnik software, and HRTec, a company specializing in cloud-based HR management and process automation tools. In addition to its Polish operations, Symfonia’s portfolio also includes a Romanian tech company.
According to Ciski, the company plans to continue its growth strategy, combining organic expansion with further acquisitions.
